Finally, success with sourdough bread. I do not know anything about this flour, but my bread mentor swears by it. I add only 2/3 cup to my dough along with my starter, bread flour, salt and water. My bread is gorgeous and tastes fantastic. This flour is hard to come by so Thank God Amazon has it available

My wife mixes the KAMUT️ Khorasan Wheat Berries to her brown rice mix and cooks as if it were rice, and it tastes really delicious. It is very easy to prepare and easy to eat. It mixes well into soups in the same manner that rice would. It is great for people who are concerned about diabetes. We recommend this product, and we will definitely buy again.

I have tried different whole wheat flours over the years and this is the second one which I like because it is not a heavy flour nor does it have that intense wheat flavor. My body doesn't like either of those things! I have been using a natural white organic hard-red-spring-wheat flour that does not raise my insulin levels (although I am not diabetic, I have low adrenal levels so my body processes food slowly and high glycemic foods turn to stored sugar/fat). This flour is almost as good as my preferred brand.

I received the Kamut (Khorasan) wheat berries from Be Still. They are large, fresh, with a beautiful golden color. I milled them into flour and baked wonderful sourdough bread. I am sprouting some now and will use for future loaves. I shall return to Be Still for future flour and wheat berry needs. I'll likely purchase sprouted wheat berry flour to save my time in sprouting.

It says gluten free in the pictures but the product is not actually gluten free and I cannot return it or get a refund? What a joke. False advertising.
