It was simple to follow and I was amazed at all the dirty grime that was brewed out. I would purchase again.

Fast - clean- easy!

I bought this because my keurig's descaling light kept turning on. I tried "home remedies" which did not fix or stop the descaling light from turning on. So anyways, I did the first step, easy peasy and there was some colored residue within the foam. So I was like woo-hoo this works. Then the second step has you put these two tablets into your water reservoir and wait approximately 1 full minute for them to be fully dissolved. So I waited and they were still there. Reread the package, and saw you could use a spoon to stir and help accelerate the process. So here I was stirring the water, moving the tablets around ever so often. After like 10 minutes they still not had dissolve. I had even broke them into smaller pieces thinking they would dissolve faster if they were smaller. I never got them to dissolve completely and my hand was starting to hurt from stirring so much. So I just ran it with pieces in the bottom of the reservoir. Ran three 8 oz cups, then waited the 30 minutes and poured out the last of the solution and rinsed it all out. Ran fresh water (three 8 oz cups) like directed. And as soon as that was done, my descaling light popped on...... So Im not sure if it actually worked or not. But that second step needs to be looked at again and fixed. I will not be buying this product again. Maybe if I found just the pods, because that did show residue in the foam. But the tablets are not worth it.

I love this 2 in 1 works great and is super affordable! Cleans my keurig extremely well and doesn't take forever, instructions are also super easy to follow!2nd tine purchasing will use again in the future!

Great product and easy to use but a little expensive. I have hard water, and the calcium residue disappeared, with no scrubbing.

I liked that this was easy to use, steps were easy. No true elbow grease needed. No bad taste left behind. I rinsed it a couple of extra times to be sure. Just super straightforward. Used this before storing my Keurig for a couple of months during a move. Worth the money.

Après 30 minutes le produits ne se dissous pas dans l’eau chaude. Je l’ai écrasé pour le dissoudre complètement. Malgré ça ça a bloqué ma cafetière et j’ai du faire couler environ 20 x pour déboucher comme il faut. Ça a presque brisé ma cafetière Keurig. N’utilisez pas ce produit.
