Simple to install for one person using a standard homeowner grade staple gun. Fits in place easily once you open it up fully. I tacked each side with two staples first, then added a staple every 3 or so inches. Zipper appears to be well made, I'll see how it holds up long term after a few uses. Our attic door seems to be significantly cooler with temperatures in the mid 80's outside. Previously, on warm days, you could touch your hand to the attic access door and it would feel warm. This is no longer the case. I'm going to monitor throughout the summer to see if I notice any drop in electric usage or other impact. Seems to be a good buy for the price.

I was skeptical due to the simplicity of the design and the ease of install but thought I’d take a chance. Within a few hours, I could fell a difference of at least 10 degrees in the temperature of the home. I verified this with a noncontact thermometer and WOW what a difference it made. The central air unit is not working nearly as hard to keep the house cool. And at this price, purchasing is a no brainer.

This attic door cover was very easy to use. Pulled down the stairs, sit the cover over the stair housing, and staple to the inside of the housing. To open, just unzip. Then zip back up before shutting the attic stairs. Very easy, simple, and it stopped the warm air from my house being sucked up the attic door.

I felt the room temperature difference almost immediately! It was a little challenging to position between my rafters (couldn't use the formed foam versions for that reason) and staple to an odd ladder box frame but installed rather quickly and effectively! The low clearance zipper makes it easier to access the attic without added an extra step.

Put this thing up in our rental and it’s working great. Our guest room is staying much more climate controlled and we are pleased!

Very pleased with this attic cap , I did notice a difference as soon as it was installed , only wished i had purchased it sooner. Easy to install and fit perfect

Pretty easy to install. It was slightly larger than my attic entry, but not that big of a deal. I felt a difference immediately.
