All metal and works well for lifting drywall up before securing it.
The product worked great when remodeling my bathroom. The lift is solid metal and the red color makes it easy to find when looking for it. The rasp is not the greatest but it does function.

This tool is excellent and saves a lot of work. If you are hanging sheet by yourself and your doing more than one small room, then just get the tool now.Its tough, the color makes it easy to find, its a small device, and easy to use but most importantly it works.The rasp is so so, it would benefit from being sharp, but that is a minor complaint.Aside from the so so rasp, it would also be nice if they added a belt hook. Hence the 4 star instead of 5.

Does the job reasonably
Well worth the $. I was able to hang drywall easily alone made a good second hand. As it is metal it should hold up well.

Great little tool for drywalling. The rasp is perfect to smooth out cuts and being able to prop the tool under the drywall sheet to push it up with your foot has made solo drywalling much much easier. Highly recommend this product!
