Although I have only just purchased this mobility scooter, it is fabulous. Very comfortable, sturdy, and great maneuverability.I had to contact the seller as I couldn't find the battery charger hole but they responded immediately with helpful photos.I suggested they improve their limited manual, and they have advised this is in hand as it is a very basic one page! Just little tweaks that will make things easier for purchasers.The scooter arrived fully assembled, with a nifty wee basket to add to the front too.This item is excellent quality. Folds to the size of a large suitcase and is easy to pull behind you - will be perfect for trips at home and abroad. The battery can be charged either separately or still attached.... just perfect.Although it's a bit heavy, I managed to lift into my car boot (I'm 56 and a shorty!) but it's not too heavy to pull along if need be.Can't tell you how much this purchase will improve my day to day life! So happy I shopped around and took the plunge!

I took the scooter out for the first time today, it is quite easy to drive and has a great speed on it. However, it does not like slopes, and a couple of times I had to get off and push it up. Also when crossing the road, you have to use the brake to ease down the slope or you just roll down into the road. Despite this I love the scooter, it is light and it folds up and goes quite fast. The basket that came with it is not for the model I have (CV36) but I have attached it and it is fine. I kept wondering how to stop it freewheeling, and luckily I read a review on here where a lady said there was a switch on the brake, you just squeeze the brake and press the switch and the scooter will not move. Also we could not get the battery out, I did what the man did in the video, but nope it would not budge. In the end after laying on the floor with a torch I spotted a small anchor screw, once I got that out the battery came free. The manual that came with the scooter is rubbish, it does not tell you how to operate the scooter, how to get the battery out and about the switch on the brake to stop it freewheeling. Apart from a diagram showing bits of the scooter and some warnings on what not to do that was it. I do feel a more informative manual is needed. Would I recommend this scooter? Yes, but not if you live in a hilly area.

Very easy to use have to be careful as it goes very quickly

On the flat, it's okay, but when it comes to hills, it struggles. Downhill it runs away and the brake has no effect and the only way to stop it is to put your feet on the floor. Uphill it struggled; it was just as well my wife was on hand to give me a push.We got it to help me round the local town which is mostly on the flat or very gentle gradients and it will cope with that but unfortunately where I live is in a small fishing village.The fact that it folds up and down means that I can take it on the bus and go shopping in the next town.

It is an excellent scooter, but I can’t get use to the brake , other than that it’s great. I’m sure I’ll get use to it.

The mobility scooter is good but the basket that was sent with does not fit at all and cannot fit its for 206 bicycle this is very awkward without a basket please could you look into this many thanks.

I really had high hopes for this scooter as it seemed that it was going to be lighter, faster and more compact than my existing one.Firstly though I must say that the communication with the seller was great and all responses were received within a day or two.The scooter was easy to assemble but was a bit stiff to open/close but this could simply be because it was new.Actually using the scooter is where I was hugely disappointed. Firstly I should say that I'm a bigger man at 6'2" and 17st however the weight capacity of the scooter is advertised as around 20st so should be able to cope with 3st to spare. Certainly the construction of the scooter was adequate however the power of the motor wasn't.The scooter worked fine on a flat smooth surface however as soon as you hit even the slightest of incline it didn't have the power to push the scooter up the incline. I even got stuck on the road as I had to slow down to negotiate the drop kerb safely but it then couldn't make the slope and was stuck on the road. I then had to reverse further into the road to build up some speed to get off the road which i felt put me in a dangerous position.I also tried to cut across a grass area and again the scooter lacked the power and ground to a stop. We got back on the path but it couldn't manage to get up the <10° slope. My partner (who is considerably shorter and lighter than me) had a try and it still couldn't get up the slop. On checking the scooter, the drive only powers one of the rear wheels which may explain why it struggled.In fairness to the seller, once I notified then of these issues and that I wanted to return the scooter, they arranged for the scooter to be collected however the return address seemed to be another buyer as the address was a private address in a completely different part of the country from where it was received from.I know I wouldn't be happy to received goods that were 2nd hand....So to sum it up, scooter is well built, seller has great communication but the product is severely let down by being under powered which if you live in the Netherlands wont be a problem.

Ich habe mir den Wisging Roller/ Reise-Mobil bestellt, weil ich gerne reise und mit meinem großen Seniorenmobil in keine Bahn, Zug oder nicht in unser Auto komme.Ich habe lange nach einem faltbaren Fahrzeug gesucht, welches ich auf Reisen mitnehmen kann und habe mich für dieses Modell entschieden. Man kann es wirklich in einigen Sekunden zusammen klappen und wie einen Trolly hinter sich herziehen oder bequem vorwärts schieben. Den Akku kann man mit einem Griff gut herausnehmen und ihn bequem im Haus aufladen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist enorm. Als ich ihn, tatsächlich schneller als angekündigt, geliefert bekommen habe, war ich überrascht, wie gut er schon bei der Lieferung verpackt war.Nach dem Auspacken war meine Freude sehr groß. Er ist stabiler, als ich angenommen habe und da ich kein Leichtgewicht bin, habe ich ihn vorsichtig getestet.Er ist wirklich leicht zu bedienen, ich war gleich draussen und habe eine Probefahrt gemacht und bin wirklich begeistert, Ich bin sicher, dass ich jetzt wieder mehr verreisen kann, denn ich bin gut versorgt. Ich bestelle mir sogar direkt einen Ersatz-Akku, sodass ich auch weitere Strecken bedenkenlos fahren kann.Über den Service der Firma Wisging möchte ich noch sagen, dass die Mitarbeiter so nett, freundlich und schnell antworten, ich habe bereits einen regen Mail-Kontakt absolviert. Sie antworten sehr schnell und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an Wisging! Ich würde dieses faltbare Reise Mobil jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

I am 57 old woman , 5'8 height and 220-235 lb (100-110 kg).Delivering was some delay .I have experience to ride on electric power wheelchair Jazzy 10 year, electric power scooter not foldable (I don't want remember that experience , because was a lot of manufactured defect since 1 using : problem with battery which was change 2 time , after problem with brake , I was in intersection without brake mountain, seat holder was broken in during the riding , I was fell down on the back, problem with to part of floor panel which not fit each together, after problem with horn , which did not turn off, after scooter reared up like horse when you tried to take it out from apartment by turning it . ) . Electric trike I bought in 2015 . I like it, but it heavy , no one time was broken , excluding back wheels, tube was pierced with thorns grass . Wheelchair power Jazzy is good . Reason for buying this folded electric scooter it's you can't always come inside to public transportation . Ramp doesn't work , not open in trolley , broken in bus, in bus have women with to 2 children and cart, person with dog, another disability people .Scooter come on April 17, 2020 , all night I didn't sleep , and assembler scooter . I had a feeling a fear from past experience . When I tried to ride , scooter turned out to be very strong , despite being very strong . My long legs fit very well . My legs bent in both the knees and hip . Be careful with the purchase if you can't bent the leg (if legs is long) . Pain in back and neck is not increase . I have pain in that part of spine when I seat down on all chairs . Easy steering. Reverse control is button as on scooter on grocery shop , without any sound . When you turn the key , front signal light turn on . Brake work . Has some smells , but I thing it will go out . Folding scooter is not to easy for me, you need to make a little effort. I can do it myself . All electric scooter I keep in side apartment with full charge battery . Scooter not flimsy as my past scooter , it is steady , doesn't swing from side to side. Seats is comfortable for me . During riding you need avoid large defect in the road . If you can overcome them get off the scooter and maintenance this arm .

Étant un trentenaire à mobilité réduite, il me fallait un produit qui allie performance, maniabilité et "style". Si le scooter est un peu difficile à ouvrir/replier (je pense que c'est dû au fait qu'il soit neuf), pour le reste, c'est du très bon : sa vitesse maximum (un peu plus de 15 km/h) est amplement suffisante pour un trajet domicile-travail en ville, le phare avant est puissant, le siège assez confortable et l'ensemble paraît solide.La livraison a été plus rapide que prévue (annoncée en 5 semaines, au final plutôt 15 jours) et le vendeur à l'écoute. Bref, un scooter 3 roues qui m'inspire confiance, à voir dans la durée mais les premières impressions sont très positives !
