Works Great
I've had this deep fryer a bit over a month or so. It works great. I love that I don't have to fry in my house. I hate the smell fried food leaves behind especially on the clothes. Easy to clean. I keep the oil containers to make it easy to dispose of. What I would recommend is not putting too much to fry on your first try. It will overflow, learn your product first. You'll figure it out after the 2nd use. I would recommend. Only thing it didn't come with the glove, but No biggie; don't really need them and the scooper broke by the 3rd week again no biggie. Love it.

Amazing for large batch frying
The media could not be loaded. Saw this on Amazon and thought I would give it a shot because the all clad one was too small for the quantity of food I cook. I’m always cooking for groups of 10-25 and I have a really serious reputation for my fried chicken among other things. Doing batches of 4 pieces at a time for 50 pieces in a wok on the stove got really old and really messy. This deep fryer is lighter weight than I anticipated, but it’s amazing. Oil temp isn’t exactly what the dial says but it gets plenty high for chicken (which is about the highest temp you generally fry anything at) and I can do 12-14 pieces at a time in it. It also stays fairly consistent which is amazing. The ability to hang the baskets at different heights is great. All stainless makes easy cleaning. If you buy vegetable oil at Costco, you’ll need 4 jugs to fill both bins.

Looks can be deceiving.
When we first got it, my husband was NOT happy. It was "too flimsy" or "it's not big enough" then "It's really flimsy. I don't know." Remember this.We had some wings in the fridge and potatoes. A gallon of Peanut Oil and we're ready to go. He goes to fill it, it NOT enough oil.Next night, we had wings & chips, homemade potato chips. Guess what? He loved it! 2 people from his work have bought it. They love it!So, it might look small and flimsy*, however, for a home kitchen, it's a good buy.*Flimsy is the lid. HOWEVER, IT WORKS! We have little to no splatter on the counter. The reason for 4 stars? There's no timer. My thought now, set the oven or microwave timer.

Sure looks amazing but definitely not worth the money on this one!
Just awful! Definitely not easy to use! Not easy to clean afterwards. Received a small booklet. Assumed it was the how to use....maybe bonus a recipe or two, nope! It was an advertisement booklet for other products! The “instructions” were about a page long... and not clear on what was what! Honestly that part wasn’t difficult but I would’ve like some reassurance that I was doing it correctly. Absolutely no ‘this part goes here or there’ or when this light does this or that this is what it means’ Google/YouTube only had videos of people opening the boxes for a “review”. Or worst he video from the company! Couldn’t find cooking instructions on line either for this specific brand! I’m not a chef I don’t know cooking temperature or times for things! In the USA we use fahrenheit not celsius so it would be nice to have both not just celsius. This last complaint may or may not be the deep fryers problem but when I was trying to use both sides (one for fish and the other for fries) it kept blowing fuses! We’ve never had any electrical problems before this product. Even tried two separate outlets. Still blew! I absolutely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! I will be returning this product immediately!!

DO NOT PLUG BOTH PLUGS IN THE SAME OUTLET
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this fryer for a fish fry this weekend. I decided to test the fryer, but mistakenly plugged both plugs in the same outlet. I immediately lost power on half my appliances. My husband is a retired, master electrician (30+ years), and he tested the breaker panel to identify two separate 20 amp breakers to successfully run the fryer at 350 degrees. On a single 20 amp plug, the fryer draws greater amps than a 20 amp circuit can carry. So you must use a separate outlet for each plug. Please do not blow up your outlet and home without testing the amps. Get an electrician to assist you with such a powerful piece of equipment.All-in-all, it is easy to install, easy to use, easy to clean. Thank you.

A Lifesaver for Big Families and Social Gatherings
I recently got the VIVOHOME 110V 20.7 Qt Commercial Electric Deep Fryer, and it's nothing short of a kitchen marvel. With a family of six kids, not to mention their friends who often join us for meals, cooking large batches quickly is crucial. This fryer delivers on that front—and then some. The dual 6.35 QT baskets allow for multitasking, so I can whip up fries in one and chicken tenders in the other, all while maintaining a consistent temperature. I was particularly impressed by how well it holds the heat, eliminating the guesswork and ensuring that each batch is as good as the last. But what seals the deal for me is the ease of cleaning. Let's be real, nobody enjoys scrubbing down kitchen appliances. Thankfully, this fryer's design makes cleanup a breeze, saving me valuable time that I'd rather spend with my family. If you've got a big family or love hosting, I can't recommend the VIVOHOME Electric Deep Fryer enough. It's a high-quality appliance that meets the demands of a busy household without compromising on ease of use or cleanliness.
