Helpful for injury recovery!
Very well designed to hit all my tight areas in my glut/butt muscles and around my hips. So helpful!! This device has become a crucial part of helping me to recover from multiple injuries in my lower body that left everything tight and prone to further injury. The device helps to undo all the tightness. Very good and durable material. I like that it is food grade silicone, - which means safe, no strange chemicals/materials…Well worth the money.Thank you!

Great Purchase!
I ordered this little thing for lower back pain and piriformis muscle pain, it helped tremendously! Definitely hits those pressure points! It helps reduce pain even after gym workouts. As far as durability goes. My HUSKY thinks it’s a chew toy, and considering she can destroy the toughest dog toys I can find within a matter of minutes and this thing isn’t destroyed is impressive. In fact, there aren’t even teeth marks! Was well worth the money and I find it very helpful! Don’t buy that cheap off brand garbage! You get what you pay for!

Effective
Pros: Hits the trigger points on my: shoulders, upper, mid back ( oh those knots between the shoulder blades!) , lower back, hip bone. The type of material they use for this product is way better and comfortable compared to a massage ball because it’s soft and flexible. Massage balls are rather hard and can cause discomfort after few minutes. It is easy to use. I had to play around with it by using it on different surfaces and positions to assess where it can hit the painful spots or the pressure points the most.Cons: pricey (have to admit)Overall: This works for me and is effective for a day to day release and relief of my tight muscles. I had bought a different massage point gadget before and it did not work for me as well as this product. I’ll have to try their deep tissue back massager for that psoas and iliacus release.

I almost kept this one, but I did better with the coated metal ones they make.
I had some sizing issues with some of their pieces of equipment and this seemed relieving and really well-made and solid. I almost kept it, but I ended up keeping the long body coated metal piece.. One made out of metal because it seemed to cover everything in one piece of equipment. This piece certainly looks useful and like it would work in a couple of areas up and down your body. It was very hefty and solid.

I have 2 products from this company, used for about 4 months until now and love all of them
I've used many different types of back massagers from various companies over the years, but the products from LittleMum Care are by far the best. I absolutely love how thoughtfully designed they are—they hit the right spots on my back that my hands can’t reach, and they feel sturdy and durable in a way that others just don’t.I can tell the quality is much higher than other products I’ve tried, especially with the materials. Unlike some that feel cheap or soft, these hold up really well and actually provide relief where I need it. It’s clear that a lot of care went into the design and construction. Highly recommend!

Painful
So painful to use. I had high hopes that this would help relieve my low back pain and stiffness. After 1 use my back feels bruised and is in more pain than than before trying this torture device. The massage / trigger point knobs are way too stiff and hard!!! Even trying this on a bed was a painful experience.

Amazing Pain Relief
I have been suffering from chronic pain for 25 years. I have been treated with a combination of Nortriptyline and Gabapentin, but I couldn’t manage the side effects. The only non-drug treatment that has worked for me has been trigger point massage, but I have had difficulty finding providers under my insurance, and I was in so much pain that I couldn’t get an appointment with pain management or a physical therapist fast enough. This device emulates the feeling I would get from massages, which can cost hundreds of dollars. The device is heavy, but it needs to be in order for the silicone to hold its shape under the weight of the body. It needs to hold its shape in order to apply sufficient pressure to the painful area. You do need to carefully maneuver yourself over it and make sure that the protrusions are aligned to the trigger points in the back. It will be painful and it is somewhat uncomfortable to use, but that is where the pain relief comes from. It must dig into the trigger points. In my experience, no pain= no gain. It is definitely worth the cost and the initial discomfort when using it.

Awkward
Just arrived unfortunately it isn't suitable for seniors especially women. I'am a 71 year old woman with several injuries from the military. I get spasms in my low back, hip and buttocks. I will be returning the product. It may work for some people for myself it's awkward.
