Love this! 100% polyester, but you can see the woven pattern. Was cut on the bias direction, and has a bit of stretch to go around corners. Not a lot of stretch like t-shirt material. Love the wine red color, not bright red. Kind of deep red, more neutral. Heft is reasonable and not too thin. Similar to Dritz 3 yd packs. 55 yards is much more than I need for immediate projects, but a good stockpile to use over the years. Can be good if you are making bulk binding projects (ex., quilts, shopping bags with bound edges). I used to buy 3-yard Dritz for $3, which is $5 now in Dec 2023. Anyway a good value for money, if you are going to use more than 9 yeards.

The color is true. The fold were almost perfect, with such little deviation that it did not effect my project. The spool was broken on one end in shipping, but duct-taping if together made it strong enough.

I used this to finish quilt edges. Works well.

This a good quality binding. I have found that it is wider than the standard Wright's binding and does not match up if you are trying to finish a project.
