Fun ExpressMagic Color Scratch Ornaments Craft Kit (24 Piece) Toy

They made a really nice craft for our kids night out program, they come with wooden sticks so the kids can use them as scratchers and the colors underneath the black are bright and in a rainbow pattern, kids loving doing them, the only problem I find is that they finish the craft really fast and then they want to make another one, and another one, and another one, so if yo are going to buy this for a large group of kids I would advise to have many extras on hand, because you will need them.They are not only ornaments, I saw some of my kids strapping them to their bags and backpacks and a couple o them said they were going to use them as book markers. So good to know we can use them year round if we let the kids use their imagination.

They are exactly as advertised - super cheap crafts. I had a lot of fun working on them and do plan to buy some more. We used to make them from scratch as kids (color in the pages, paint them black, wait for the paint to dry, then scratch). Honestly, these are far faster and easier.The packaging is crap, but I'm sure that's why they are so cheap. I don't need a fancy box to put a bunch of these out for kids (and myself!) to make. Put down a table cloth you don't care about, though, because the shavings will get on the table. Also, it works best with something hard directly underneath it.

I purchased these for my second grade classroom to do as a Christmas craft. They loved scratching the black off to see the different colors. I deducted a star because a couple of the ornaments already had scratch marks before the kids got to them. I could tell that this bothered them because those ornaments that were already scratched were chosen last.

I bought these for our annual ornament exchange for the kids to do after their exchange while the grownups were doing our exchange. These ornaments are rainbow colored paper with a black matte covering that can be scraped off with the included scrapers (or even coins or fingernails). The scrapers were quite sturdy and had a pointer end for thinner lines and a thicker end (like a flat head screw driver) for thicker lines. It comes with nice silky cords for each ornament to use as a hanger. They were a big hit with the kids who ranged in age from 3 to 10 (mix of boys and girls).

I bought these for my son's kindergarden class to do during their winter party. Unfortunately the winter designs were no longer available but these did the trick. These are fun crafts for kids to keeping them busy and using their imagination. the kids thoroughly enjoyed and I would definitely buy these again.

Got these for something easy and fun to do on a snowy day. It happened to be before Christmas, so of course many of them went on our tree. Comes with everything you need. My only complaint is that the black scratches off really easily - which is great when you're creating your designs, but not so great if you brush it up against something and your ornament gets unwanted scratches. All in all though, a worthwhile purchase.

Very easy for all age groups. Kept all grandkids entertained on Christmas Day while waiting for dinner and gifts. Only thing keeping me from giving a 5 stars was the back is blank white, but gave kids crayons to fill in. Then, when put on tree, be sure white side faces enward. Very atrractive looking front side once drawn as shown in instructions.

Lots of fun. We used them as gift tags. My granddaughter did an amazing job decorating hers and I enjoyed the process too. Could have used more though maybe we’ll order again next Christmas.
