Great wheelchair brand
This is the second S-Ergo 305 I've bought for my husband. The first one lasted over six years, and the solid tires and brakes finally wore out. He gave that chair daily use and abuse. He took that chair to the lake and we lugged it through sand. He took that chair through brutal Kansas weather...ice, mud, snow, everything. I assembled and disassembled it repeatedly to fit it with groceries or luggage, etc., in the very small cargo space of my car. This chair looks the same as the first one we got, and my husband is very pleased. We are looking forward to years of use with this thing. It is so lightweight it doesn't throw a disc out of your back when you lift it (which I have done with heavy Invacare chairs). It is so lightweight, it's easier for my husband to power himself up steep inclines. The price point is excellent.

Foldable .... Height adjustable..light
This is the second Karman wheel chair we have purchased. They are both outstanding.

Good Chair - Lightweight
This is a good light-weight wheel chair. Everything well made for the most part. Only worry is how the fold down handle arms will hold up over time; leaning the chair back to go up & down the step at our house (However the folding arms are one of the reasons I purchased this chair). Got the gel cushion too. Wife says it comfy and rolls nicely.

Perfection
Perfect for my everyday life. Smart and sleek look, handles like a sports car and is comfortable and easy to use. The flip up arms were a game-changer. The only issue is trying to find where the anti tippers go. No indication in book. Came fully assembled right out of the box!!

disappointed, expensive, and poor (NO) support from Karman
I chose this wheelchair because of its light weight. My priority was making it easier for my wife to load in the car. Plus, this model had "rave" reviews. I knew it lacked a couple of features I needed and I was putting personal comfort at risk to get lighter weight. (The Drive Viper GT Plus would have met my needs.) After using the S305 I am disappointed. It is light weight as advertised, but not nearly as comfortable as I hoped. It does not fit my body shape well. The reviews I read and watched raved about how adjustable the S 305 is, like seat height, "it's as easy as switching the rear axle position". What they don't tell you is you are supposed to change the casters out when you make the axle height change. So now you have $50+ in parts on top of the cost of a $740 wheelchair to make this adjustment that sounds like an included feature. And the required anti-tippers are NOT included but the owner's manual says not to operate without them. Shame on Karman for that. Those are another $80-90. Expect this to be $1000 chair by the time you are done outfitting it. Of all things the anti-tippers should be included just like Drive Medical includes anti-tippers in their chairs. Another warning, most wheelchair accessories have no place to mount on this wheelchair. The one BIG plus for this chair are the tires. They are an airless pneumatic tire. You get the advantages of not having to put air in them, or worrying about getting flat tires, and (the best part) is the ride. You get some of the shock absorption that an inflated tire provides. I have to admit, these tires add a lot of value that other companies do not provide. I have tried to get support from Karman regarding my questions. There is no response to any of my contacts. It has been over 21 days. This might be a phenomenal chair if its dimensions fit your body and you do not require support from Karman. At first I gave it a neutral 3 star rating, but I lowered it to 1 star based on no response from Karman support. I would not buy a Karman product again.

Great Lightweight Wheelchair
This wheelchair is great. My husband said it is much easier to roll by himself and I love that you can adjust the height of the chair. My husband is a bilateral amputee so the height adjustment is perfect for transferring. It is also a dream for me to put in the car. I have been using a transport chair when we go out but having this one that he can do by himself without my having to push him is really helpful. It is considerably lighter than our old full size wheelchair. Highly recommend this chair. It is quite pricier than other chairs but for what you get, it is worth it.

Fantastic Chair
Don't listen to the experts that try to put your cared-for in a small wheel transfer chair for outdoor terrain! Go for all the comfort of a full lightweight wheelchair for the cared-for and care-giver! Only downside is USA models don't provide caregiver auxiliary brake. Sometimes we are a little backward thinking.
