It glides smoothly, it's easy to move around the patio if I need to, and it's comfy. I did read other reviews before buying, and I agree that it does sit fairly low to the ground. I honestly like this about the product. I'm short and it's easy for me to reach the ground with my feet. I think it would be lovely aired with a gliding foot rest.Now, assembly was an adventure. It came with no instructions and all the parts were loose inside the box. Screws and washers everywhere. The box did arrive with some minor damage, and I think that's likely what caused something to happen to the product. Now, I should have stopped here and contacted the manufacturer, but didn't. It took me about 2.5 hours to build it alone. Bear in mind that's without instructions, but going off the company's videos, there just was no specific use this screw or that one in their videos. All I needed was 2 screws, but I didn't have them! The only piece not attached was the middle table. I called the manufacturer, explained the problem, and all of the above to the representative. They were very understanding and kind. They sent me out a package of hardware (screws/washers/etc) within a handful of days and I was able to attach the table. They were so kind and helpful. I only had a small problem, but they took care of it right away.I'm enjoying my bench and have enjoyed the experience buying from this company.

The glider is very nice once put together. My husband is use to putting things together, but this was the worst item he has ever put together!When he opened the box, the hardware was all over the box. The bag was busted and he had to use some of his own washers and screws.Some of the metal brackets were bent from shipping.

Very classy looking but had to purchase additional parts to complete. And sections didn’t line up properly. Took 2 people couple hours to complete. Other than that quality is good and happy with final outcome.

I don't usually post reviews and I'm sorry to say that our experience with this vendor (Aosom Direct) was definitely not good. We were happy to receive the glider on 8/16/24 only 3 days after ordering it. However, the shipping box was damaged and we quickly discovered that the assembly instructions and all of the fasteners (nuts, bolts and washers) were missing! Without the instructions we couldn't be sure what else might be missing. I immediately notified the vendor (OutSunny), who responded in a couple of days with a PDF of the instructions, but didn't comment on my need for fasteners. A second message was then sent to the vendor who promised to send the fasteners in 5 - 10 business days and also said that "if they shipped" the fasteners they would provide a tracking number. I asked the vendor what they meant by "if they shipped" but received no response. Growing frustrated and impatient, I asked the vendor to expedite shipment while I started pricing replacement fasteners and thinking about trying to patch up the box to return the entire glider via UPS. The cost to purchase enough replacement (M6) metric bolts, nuts and washers in a material that wouldn't rust would be around $50, so while it would be a pain to box everything up and drive 10 miles to UPS, returning the thing was starting to look like the attractive option. On 8/29, Aosom Direct told us that we would receive the missing fasteners the next day, however the fasteners didn't arrive until 8/31, 15 days after the glider.With the hassle and frustration behind us for finally getting the fasteners needed to put this thing together, we were now disappointed to find that all of the gliders pivot points rely on plastic spacers, so I can only guess how long these will last. My advice is to do yourself a big favor and pass on this vendor/glider ( and you will also skip the frustration of trying to assemble the thing with the pathetic 4mm allen and 10mm "wrench they provide). I know we will never buy from them again!

The glider is comfortable. Well designed in how the seat curves down for your legs. My only complaint would be not packaged well which caused a couple of dings.

Assembly was a chore. Metal was slightly bent and to unassemble and reassemble some pieces multiple times. After assembly unit is good. It looks nice. Slight knocking while gliding.
