Love it!
Great quality. Is definitely for ones that need sensory. My grand son has a mild case of autism and loves this product; I actually love playing with it with him. I have bought other brands of clay/sand and this seems to be the best. It is softer if that makes sense.

KINETIC SAND AT ITS FINEST
Ok so I’ve read the reviews and despite of them I ordered two sets for my boys. First impression, oh man it’s like the bad reviews. So wrong. The sand comes kinda compacted which is normal, play with it and it does exactly what kinetic sand does. It’s mesmerizing. I enjoyed it and so did my boys. Just a tip, don’t get it wet and moist hands are not a good mix. That’s why a lot of reviews talk about coloring on the hands. Wrong. It’s not like play doh. IT IS KINETIC SAND. Rest assured this is a good buy. Thumbs up. Very pleased

Not the same as kinetic sand
So, I bought this to replace kinetic sand thinking it was the same. It's very similar- but I can make a ball with kinetic sand and not have it fall apart- as a matter of fact- you can throw the kinetic sand ball on the floor and it stays together, but this sand falls apart easily. It works for me bc my son uses it to play with his toy trucks, and it works great. You can also make sand castle molds, but can't pick them up so easily... so it depends on what you want this sand for, really.

This sand is really fun. My grandkids love it and play with it ...
This sand is really fun. My grandkids love it and play with it for hours. In the box are 3 sealed packages of 2 lbs each. The sand was slightly firm so I got my hand wet and dropped a few drops of water on it and gently mixing the sand, it became very soft and pliable. I bought disposable 9 x 12 baking pans so each grandchild could have their own container to hold the sand. Then when the playing is through, I have one larger container with a tight lid to hold the sand, helps keep its soft consistency. If by chance it seems a little dry over time, a few little drops of water restore it to its soft condition.

my grandson loved this stuff
I used a small pool to make a sand box for the basement. He sits in one half and plays with toys on the other.Reasonably easy to vacuum up. Fun for hours. I put an old screen over it so the cat doesn't think it's for her...hah or you can just put the sand away.

Perfect for preschool sensory bin
I am a preschool teacher and this is my students favorite! It lasts forever (we wash well before use) and is a center time favorite! Those tiny sand castle molds were also perfect! They have so much fun!

Kids love it
I had not idea what this stuff was before we got it. It acts like wet sand at the beach, in that you can clump it together and make sand castles. But its not wet at all. The little molds that come with it are fun, but you can use so many other things to make shapes, and it holds together pretty well. Unavoidably, the sand gets everywhere with little kids playing with it. But it sticks to itself well enough that you can gather it up well enough to put back into a container. As long as the floor is not too dirty. Otherwise, it sweeps up really well, better than dirt or regular sand. Its a little pricey, but a lot of fun.

Fun and Fascinating
Incredibly fun for my 2 and 4 year olds. I bought 6 lbs of this, some kinetic sand bins, and some additional play sand sculpting tools and set them up on a big yellow play tarp outside on the deck and my kids are having an absolute blast with it. It's not just them who loves it though, I've never seen anything like it and you can't help but get sucked in to playing with it yourself. It's just so fascinating the way it holds its shape like playdoh, but then crumbles like wet sand even though it is completely dry (which is why it can never dry out). Grampa came over yesterday and this stuff blew his mind.10/10 would blow Grampa's mind again.
