Excellent for tight muscles and fascia
I have a connective tissue disorder which includes a lot of hypermobility and tight muscles and fascia. This thing works great to release locked up muscles and fascia. It's well made and I love the variety of attachments. Being able to lay on it instead of having to press something into a muscle for a long time makes it much easer than the other release tools I've tried. Just go slowly, as it can be quite intense.

Perfect targeted approach
Love it.So glad I got a psoas block with adjustable and different size pieces. Definitely helps melt the knots away. It feels good starting with the bigger pieces and moving down to the smaller ones for a more targeted approach.Anyone who is complaining that this is 'dangerous' with no instructions probably don't even know how to pronounce "psoas" or know what it is, or where it is, so probably shouldn't be investing in it....

One of the best investments I have ever made for my neck!
I didn't expect much. After all, how could a block of wood with attachments do much for my tight neck and headaches? Boy, was I so pleasantly surprised! This little device is so simple, yet genius for working out knots and tight areas at the base of the skull! It can get right in there at just the right amount of targeted deep pressure that I need. This little lovely has been my go-to for regular self-care and especially when I feel a tension headache coming on. The big fuzzy black ball attachments feel amazing! It is quite comfortable, too. The block and attachments are solidly constructed with high-quality materials. It is easy to use and to switch out attachments, is really light weight and easily portable in a bag or backpack, and helps so much with relieving my neck pain! If you need some good, targeted pressure on your neck or back, you won't regret purchasing this.

Works good at releasing bound up muscle areas.
I’ve recently received one of these have been using it for a couple days and it’s been very good to release the pain I have by pressing on my iliacus and psoas muscles. So far It’s been great alleviating some pain I have in my back and hips and legs.

Quick shipping decent priceNEWFAVORITEI love this already. I woke up with a stiff neck the day it came. Some might call it kismet- I called it the perfect to check this thing out. I mounted the 2 circle pieces and let it do it's thing.I laid down supine, and relaxed. Moved my head up/down slightly and felt my occipitals release.I slowly turned head left/right-maybe an inch- and could hear the little pops and cracks of release.Light breathing, slowly rise- My neck pain was gone.It was so quick and easy--i REALLY was amazed.I wasn't sure that the few options for adjustability would be an ussue or not, spacially -we're all shaped different- but it hits perfectly everywhere.I used the PSOAS pose and- WHEEEEEWWW- You should ease in to it. I did maybe... 15 seconds.I felt it the next day. No bruising, just effective truth pain. I will do it daily. Add on 5-10 secs a day.I've been in the CMT/CPT for 15 yrs.I'm a fan.

Dangerous!!!
No explanations or instructions for any of the tools. None! As hard and rigid as each of these tools are, using them without direction or instruction is dangerous.I read this same complaint in other reviews and I thought it's was a possibility that it was just a fluke that their tool was missing instructions, that is until my tool arrived and the instructions that DID come with the tool we're intentionally vague and ambitious. Don't waste your money or time.
