They will fly
I purchased these for a STEAM activity. We used them to make film canister rockets. The lids sealed tightly and the canisters launched 15 feet or more into the air. They went so high that when the wind blew them, they wound up on the gym roof. The canisters are a great addition to our CO2 experiments.

Nearly clear BUT terrible for alkaseltzer rockets
If you want to store small amounts of small things, these are great. If you are buying these to make alkaseltzer rockets, these are terrible.I bought these for a Girl Scout camp. Less than 1 in 10 would launch. Many simply deformed just enough to let the liquid and gas leak out without launching. On others, the lids were very hard to snap on and wouldn't pop off as the pressure built. This created a hazard since we didn't know which failures were due to the pressure leaking out and which were due to the lids being way too tight. If you are buying them for rockets, test a good sample of them well before your activity so you have a chance to buy replacements (and test them) before the event.

Good film storage canisters
These canisters are good for storing my old 35mm films. Lids fit tight. It means that films will remain dry. It's a very good value for the affordable price.

Just as described
Purchased these to make canister rockets in my gifted class. Haven't used them yet, but they arrived quickly and were fairly inexpensive.
