If it’s needed for a long period of time just take ext batteries with you but It it works perfectly.

It was a gift for a friend that left me embarrassed to have given. It is cheap and difficult to use the letters. Don’t waste your money.

Product is cute, the light is very bright however the letters do not stay on the board once applied to the slots. They fall out easily

The media could not be loaded. Awesome product for a good price! Comes with a set of black letters and a set of colorful letters. You can either plug it in with the included USB cord or put batteries in it, I chose to put batteries in it!

I love it, however the letters are very quick to fall down once you place them in the sign, so you constantly (very annoying) have to pick them up. Besides that, it looks great.

My 14 yo and 10 yo each wanted a lightbox for Christmas. This particular one was the least expensive so we got 2. It's a great product and they both love it. One of them came without the black letters. I contacted the company. They got back to me in less than 24 hours and let me know customer satisfaction is top priority and took care of it. We are very happy with our purchases. I would highly recommend.

I got these for my girls for Christmas because they were on sale. I’m not sure who likes it more - me or them. I’m using it as decoration for a birthday party coming up. The only thing I would change is to provide storage for the characters. There are quite a bit, which is nice, but figuring out how to keep them organized has been a little tricky.
