Solid product- excellent customer support.
I purchased this product originally over a year ago- and I have to say it certainly did the job(s) I had intended for it to do. I ran so many various appliances on this inverter for my off grid setup that I was certain it would fail. Everything from refrigerators to electric stovetops, Xbox’s and televisions - it can run them all. But most importantly of all, I am happy to say that the customer service was the best part of this product. The device did, unfortunately - cease to function just over a year after I bought it. However one call to customer support and I got a replacement even though the warranty I had for the inverter was technically expired. Furthermore they rush shipped it to me which I found to be a nice cherry on the cake I wasn’t even sure I was owed. Overall my experience is a positive one and I will add another review once I’ve broken this unit in and tested it :)

Installation of Inverter Was Easy
Installation of the inverter was easy. The reliability of inverter will take some time, however, the inverter has been working to my satisfaction. An installation cage could be helpful.
