I liked the taste and that's great. Very milky buttery fat and tender meat. The whole think came in a oversized styrofoam box which is unfortunate. I won't be buying again because it's just bad for the environment. Please use a different shipping method. 4/5 for taste. 1/5 environment.

Milder flavor and more ‘milky’ (think veal vs. beef) than Muscovy or Peking but tender and absolutely delicious. You used to be able to buy single packs (these are two packs) which were more convenient. Same great product though.

Great meat and tasty. Pricey but worth it. I like them better than most other meats. I give the skin/fat to the dog. He loves it.
