The only neck pillow that gives me comfort.
This is the only neck pillow that is comfortable for me. I was able to use it on a long flight and stay upright in the middle seat without falling on one of my neighbors. You can lean your head any which way in it and your head won't bob and cause your body to lean down in any direction. No neck aches at all. A definite keeper. I do think the price is a bit high for a neck pillow, but if it works, then I guess it's worth it!

My new best buddy
I love this thing! I use it every night for neck support while I sleep. It has made such a difference in my morning neck pain. Tried all the down pillows etc etc but this was the answer. I have tried other neck pillows and felt like the Ugly American wearing them. This feels good, compresses into a manageable size, is soft but supportive and is machine washable.

Great pillow, just okay quality
Love the pillow and was very comfy. However, I’ve only had it a couple weeks and the seam is torn. The website for product support doesn’t work and I’m not taking time to send it back. I’ll fix myself and deal with it. But be warned quality might not be great. But the pillow is very comfy and the best neck pillow I’ve used.

FINALLY! The perfect neck pillow has arrived!
I have tried SO MANY neck pillows as a frequent flier who has to try to get in my zzzzzs whenever I can. This is the one that will make me stop trying. This pillow is so comfortable and well designed. It has high and low spots all around it so you can move it around to meet the way you want to support your head. It has very soft Velcro-like closures that gently help the sides attach but don’t scratch you when it touches your skin. The material is SO SOFT and cozy and it’s cushy enough to squish into the right spots but not so much that it still gives the support you need.It remains nice and cool, helping you to rest comfortably without sweating. When you’re not using it, it packs compactly into its own travel bag that’s significantly smaller than other pillows. You can easily stuff it into your bag or attach it to the outside of your bag. This thing is truly amazing and so well made!

Here are the Pros and Cons after a year usage
Needed to get something for my kiddo because he constantly falls asleep on long drives. I decided to try the BCOZZY travel pillow after seeing it get great reviews online. Here are my thoughts after using it for over a year.Pros:- Adjustable design allows you to customize the fit. The long velcro strip lets you tighten or loosen to your perfect size.- The fabric feels very soft and plush. It's comfortable against your skin.- It provides nice chin and head support. Head didn't flop forward when kiddo fell asleep.- Packs down nicely into the included bag. Compact for storing in carry-on.Cons:- Did not stand the test of time, became less supportive after several months of usage.- The neck hole is on the small side. It has to be pulled fairly tight on my neck to close with the velcro.- Can feel a bit tight/choking if cinched down too much. It's a delicate balance to find the right snugness.- The fabric, while soft, seems like it might get hot. More cooling material would have been better.Overall, I think the BCOZZY pillow is a decent option for travel but for the price and durability, I wouldn't recommend it. It's not perfect and it doesn't last. (Not that anything in life is or does, lol) The cushion isn't as sturdy after a few months of usage and after a year, it no longer supports my 6 years old neck. Will be looking for something else. Hope this review helped.

Warm and practical size!
Since I have a short neck, I have no complaints about the smaller size. The texture is warm, and I love that I can adjust it to different positions as needed. I liked it so much after using it that I gave it as a Christmas gift to two people, and they both gave me feedback that it was perfect for airplane travel!

Great product
Just used this travel pillow on a 13 hour flight. It works great. Supports my head and neck with pushing my head forward like some travel pillows. worth the money.

Comfortable and compact
Got this recently for my trip to Japan (17 hours on a plane yuck!) and have tried it out at the house. It is relatively comfortable compared to the blow up neck pillows or the one I had before which was Eddie Bauer brand. It folds up in its case to be about 7 inches tall and 6 inches in diameter. With that said though I was able to collapse into a day back pack really easily (about the size of a small loungefly) and still had plenty of room for other things I want to take on the plane. It does go completely around the neck and overlaps without feeling like I am being strangled by it. My neck size it approximately 17 1/2 for those that need a comparison. It is plush and comfortable and has a buttoned strap to use to attach to the outside of the backpack if needed. I certainly would NOT pay $70 for it and instead bought it for $50 which I think is still about $20 too high. All in all I would recommend this for long flights or falling asleep up right in a couch or recliner. Definitely find it on sale though.
