Received my chair a few days ago and I love it! So comfortable! I deal with a lot of pain and was having trouble getting up and down out of my recliner. This chair has made the world of difference. And what's amazing is! The quality and comfort of this chair for such an affordable price. Totally recommend this chair.Also, this chair does NOT have a headrest that throws your head forward. So comfortable!

My Bestie talked me into this chair in early February of 2025. I couldn’t be happier with this chair. I knew I had surgery coming up where I had to stay 45° or so and it was gonna be a few months … here we are mid May. It arrived on the same day but in separate boxes, my son put it together without the instructions in less than 30 minutes. Comfortable full recline well worth the money and love the gray.

I ordered two chairs. The first one was delivered quickly and in full all in one delivery. The second chair is going on three weeks. I have a message that says, delayed, they’ll let me know when the chair ships with no way to text the seller.Assembly was fairly straightforward. The only problem was the power cord for the side panel was actually inside the side panel. I had to rip a little bit of material to reach my smaller sized hand inside and felt around for it.The chair Is very comfortable. There’s a good amount of filling. All the functions works well, heat, vibration and movement.Overall I’m very pleased with this chair. I’m just still waiting on the second chair.

Wasn't expecting much because of the price.... but WOW. I'll recommend this chair to ANYONE wanting a lift recliner. It's actually more comfortable than the expensive name brand recliner I've previously owned. It was easy to put together (it came in two boxes). The heat and massage is amazing. The massaging motor is a little loud but nothing crazy. I'm a 5'7" woman and the lift comes up nice and high. I think it would work perfectly for someone taller too because I didn't even raise it to the max height. I bought this chair based on the positive reviews and they were all accurate. Really great buy!

Excellent chair. It has a plug for usb charging. Very comfortable. Doesn’t get beat down (the cushions). I’ve had mine since October 2024. Would highly recommend. And the price was right, half of what other chairs like this cost. VERY SATISFIED WITH IT! Got a deal thru Amazon where I could make interest free payments.

We bought this for my dad for Christmas it came and we took it down he put it together after we left and sat in it and it was really small for the extra wide, extra long chair we ordered! So I asked him to measure just as the images in the photo gallery diagonal from the top to the reclined bottom it should measure 66" and only measures 62.4" then the extra tall back only comes to his shoulders and he's not super tall only a 6 ft guy but got it because of the length so the reclined part supported all the way down to his feet because he was injured at work a few years ago and is now disabled. I contacted the company and they asked for photos of the box and product so I sent along and they just told me that it was what I bought... Of course. But it's not the same coloring and doesn't even look like the same type of fabric in the listing picture Well I talked to Amazon and they were willing to help me get it worked out because the company was going to have me pay the shipping back and to do that was almost 1/2 the cost of the chair. Well Amazon worked it out but it not being where it was delivered anymore it was an issue... Long story to say we ended up just keeping the chair for his wife still have to get him one which I will be very careful with and I do not recommend buying from this company at all!! You can see pictures in the reviews as well that looks like the picture in the listing that are definitely also not the chair we received --- don not buy from them!! It arrived in 3 boxes in good shape. I downloaded a YouTube assembly instruction video which helped so much. It took us about 20 minutes to assemble from opening to setup to flattening out all the cardboard. The chair is exceptional. Very comfortable and does everything we wanted. It took one week to arrive. For two people in our 70s it was affordable and doable.

The massage feature is not what I thought it was going to be. It is not intense at all. Doesn't feel like a massage at all...just slight movement. No intensity at all. The so called massage feature stopped working at the lower back setting.
