I was worried about that the pillows were deflated and quality is not there. But when I received it. It looks fine. I liked the style and it’s easy to put together. As to the deflated pillows, it just take some time to pup up due to the vacuum packaging. As you see in the picture, after two days it looks great. I don’t mind waiting two days.

I love the look and design of the couch, it was what I had originally wanted to fit my apartment. however I’ve had this couch for 6 months now and the middle metal legs are breaking/bending. it’s a cheap Amazon couch so what did I expect I guess. it’s also a “shallow” couch, not a lot of room if you’re wanting to cuddle up with someone. it’s also not the most comfortable couch but I’m very low maintenance so comfort level doesn’t really bother me a whole lot. this would be a perfect couch for guests or just as a couch in a game room or something, but they should find a way to fix the middle legs from bending.

The seat cushions are a little stiff, but overall it’s comfortable and looks good.

Pros: very easy to assemble; lightweight; color is true to pic; relatively sturdy for what you’d expectCons: the side and back pillows were awful, they came vacuum sealed so I thought they’d expand but they don’t. When we fluffed them up they just sagged because the stuffing lumped up. It was super disappointing. Even my pictures are deceiving, those pillows aren’t as full and comfy as they look, lots of empty air and some lumpy filling. It’s also pretty small and not squishy.It’d fine if you need a cheap couch in your classroom or office, somewhere you just need seating and don’t really care about much after that. But definitely don’t put it in your living room. Not very aesthetic nor comfy. Also it’s sturdy to sit on, but would never do the “fall onto it after a long day” kinda thing.should’ve read the critical reviews, lesson learned!I would return it but I honestly don’t know how now, so we’re donating it to a family member for her office instead

Honestly I’ve had the couch in my office for 1 week and have heard jokes about it by 3 different people. One asking if it was one of those inflatable couches because the cushions looks so tacky and much like a halfway pumped up air mattress covered in faux leather. Unfortunately I’m not pleased by my decision to take a less expensive route with this couch. I should have just spent the extra buck on something that was closer to what I was expecting/wanting. Now to be fair. The base of the couch where you sit it really good quality and sturdy.It’s the back and arm cushions that you attach that are the biggest design flaw.

The couch went together really easily and was absolutely fine up until a week after we put it together. The middle bars bent and now the couch is super unstable and we'll have to buy a new one

The metal center support bent immediately. I’m only 135# and 5’2”.. it bent after I sat once and it does not put together evenly. It just doesn’t line up. I think the front also looks different in person than the picture.It is however incredibly comfortable, but with out an ottoman to put your feet up on or laying down , your bottom nearly slides off the narrow seats. You are able to unzip the cushions and shift the insert around a bit to give a little more room in the bench but still.It would be great for small spaces with not a lot of hard use.

This item was very easy to assemble. I wanted something comfortable yet professional for my office and it fit the bill nicely. Perfect for a smaller space.
