Used to use one in the warehouse I worked at. Plus, I don't have to worry about any of my kids borrowing this one and not getting it back.

I have 12-foot pallet racks in my warehouse. I'm not ready to invest in a forklift, but I needed the vertical space. This ladder surprised me. Excellent quality and very sturdy. I get to the top of my 12-foot racks easily, confidently and safely. Money well-spent. Moves easily with the included wheels. Highly recommended!

We have 12' ceilings in our garage. The garage ceiling is in need of some drywall repair and painting. This is the perfect height and moves very easily. Good value for the money.

rA perfect solution for our wedding venue. From decorating to repairing this ladder features a solid footing with the reach of an 8' stepladder. Easy to move around inside or out. My wife and her friends are all on the petite side and have no problem moving this ladder to where it needs to be and feel perfectly safe while using it.The folding option is a bit misleading as one needs to remove two bolts that are secured with locking nuts which take quite a bit of time and effort to remove and re-install. With our event center, we have room to store this ladder in its open position without a problem.I am thinking of buying a second one.Update: We have now used this ladder for 4 seasons without a problem. Countless guests have used it to put up and take down their decorations in our venue. Our venue has vinyl-canvas sides that we roll up and down at each event and we use the ladder to secure the straps.The only negative with this ladder is that the rubber feet wear through quite often. I have inserted a flat washer inside the rubber foot to slow down the effects of the hollow leg cutting through the rubber, but I am still looking for a better solution or a foot that lasts longer.

I am a 62 year old petite woman on a fixed income who needed to get on the roof safely to do some minor repairs and painting because I could not afford to pay a contractor. This 11 step ladder more than paid for itself the first time I used it. It is easy to assemble, sturdy, easy to move around (grab the bottom handles that don't have wheels, lift it up and move it like a wheel barrow), the big wheels of course make it easy to move and it fits in tight places because at its widest point it is only 3 feet wide. I position the ladder sideways and step over the top safety rail (which is 29 inches to step over) to get on the roof. If you need a tool bucket for this ladder, I recommend a linesmen's truck tool bucket because it is sturdy and it hangs right over the horizontal rails of the ladder. This ladder is well worth the investment! You can always rent it out to the neighbors too to trim their trees! I highly recommend this ladder!

It’s smaller in width than the one you see at Home Depot , but priced perfect. Fit great. Looks great. Sturdy staircase. Very happy with it

Arrived earlier than expected and no issues

I am 73 with bad feet and ankles. Traditional ladders have a step width too narrow for my feet. I can use this ladder much easier and with less painful side effects.I do wish they had a different foot design for using outside so it wouldn’t sink in the ground. All in all a great ladder.
