Bought for use with Induction range, these pans are extremely well made, with heft and balance and good feel in the handle, and work very well. Of particular note is the rivet-free engineering attaching the handle to the pan body, making cleaning the pan very easy and more efficient than pans that you need to clean around the rivets inside the pan. Also, the cost was reasonable when compared to good quality pans I've purchased in the past, and overall quality of fit and finish is excellent.

I use this pan to cook dumplings. Works very well. No sticking. Amazed it is USA made. I only wish I ordered a larger pan which I will do today and still keep the smaller one which is excellent for eggs, omlets and other small things.

My husband has been cooking breakfast for years and this is the best pan he says he has had. He says eggs slide right on to the plates, and it cleans up easily.

My mom had an old Teflon pan that was peeling and very dangerous. I got this one for her and it's outstanding! She has a gas top stove and the heat distribution is excellent. It truly is non-stick and cleans up very nicely. The depth of the pan is so helpful to keep food inside while stirring. The quality is super for this price! Definitely recommend!

I have used this skillet for three weeks now, two to three times a week, and this is the worst skillet I've ever used. I'm 80 years old so I've used lots of skillets (I love cooking). Everything sticks in this skillet, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and cheese. Cheese is the worst, when I've made cheese omelets the cheese sticks so bad I have to let the pan soak in soapy water for an hour or more to be able to scrape off the stuck cheese. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, IT IS THE WORST. Addendum: I sent this pan back for a refund. I bought another pan from amazon called The Coated Pan Mineral. The Mineral skillet is everything the Stambe isn't. It's well worth the higher price. Check out the Mineral before you waste your money on the Stambe.

I picked this pan up for eggs. I know it sounds a little off to get a pan for one express purpose, but I hate how eggs tend to stick in Teflon pans no matter how careful you are.This little 8" beauty makes perfect eggs every time right out of the box. After washing it off and drying it out I added the tiniest amount of olive oil and put it on medium heat. Within a minute or two I was cracking two large eggs into the pan and watching them get that nice little crisply edge as they cooked to a perfect over medium.The eggs slid out onto a paper towel to wick away the little oil I had used, and then onto my plate. As I said, I got this for one purpose, but it cooks everything just as well. Since trying it out I've done boneless skinless chicken breast, a ribeye, and some sautéed veggies. Everything came out great.
