Five-Star Great Aux Lights in Small Package with Cool DRL
The media could not be loaded. I bought these driving lights to replace some cheapo previous lamps for the roof lights on my overland rig. I was attracted by the amount of light Firehawk claims it packs into these relatively small (4.5") lights, plus of all of the various DRL designs/configurations on Amazon, I think Firehawk has executed the amber DRL running lights feature better than anybody else--looking at you, Nilight, Auxbeam.Well, good things do come in small packages! These are five-star excellent quality lights in almost every respect.First, the actual spotlights are super-bright. I do not think that one of these outputs either 20K lumens or "the equivalent of other 300 watt LED driving lights" as Firehawk advertises, but no need to oversell it guys, these things are very, very bright! I have 4 of em mounted on the roof, and when I flip them on it turns night into day. The video attached to this review shows the light output of the main beams of four Firehawks at night, on and off. The pattern appears to be a spot/flood combo, definitely not a pencil-tight spot, but definitely directional. The pattern works for all of my needs.Second, the DRL bro! The DRL feature on these lights attracted me to them, because since I planned on roof mounting them, the amber DRLs would look basically identical to some large modern pickups that have a row of amber running position lights across the roof. Well, these achieve that 2023 Ford F350 look on Sally, my old Land Rover, as can be seen in the picture with the amber DRLs running. I think the DRLs look very cool, and they probably make driving while running them safer as well, since it never hurts for your truck to be more visible to other cars on the road.Installing these is a bit tricky, if you are not familiar with working on automotive electrical at all. Overlanding pros: these things have a hot red for the mains, a hot yellow for the DRLs, and a black ground, all wires terminating in nipple connex. The nipple connex plug into the wiring harness Firehawk sells with this thing, but I just clipped them all and replaced with a DT3 plug end to make things simpler, then any three-wire wiring harness with DT3 connectors will work. I just build my own. Newbies: just get the wiring harness from Firehawk, that is the easiest, plug-n-play way to install. Four of these suckers draw about 17.4 measured amps total on a 12.4v current, so a set of only two probably has a draw of less than 10 amps--not bad, considering how much light they put out.No water penetration issues after 8 months of being installed on my truck and exposed to the weather 24/7 (Connecticut weather, so substantial rain and snow); no dead diodes or dead spots either.Only complaint: the brackets purport to be stainless, but I have noticed some rust buildup after about 8 months of being on my truck. Not at all a dealbreaker for me, but Firehawk, better galvanized hardware is how you improve these otherwise excellent lights to be even better. Also, if Firehawk made a 6 or 7 inch version of this light, I would buy them in a New York second.

Super bright. Easy install
I installed these on my son's power wheels. I put them on a toy, but these lights are clearly no toys. They're brighter than the headlights on my car and feel like they're built tough. I had bought headlights from this same company in the past and they were great, so I anticipate these will last long too and work great. I also bought the recommended relay. I don't know how you'd attach the relay in the car, but there are several settings for the lights which the relay can accommodate. The white lights operate separately from the amber lights, and the amber lights have a strobe setting. I'm happy with them. I'm tempted to buy more and throw them on the trailer or the truck.

That lights were well made.
This light is well made and is of 2 colored lights, well made but is a little large for back-up lights at the rear of a truck.t

UPDATE: Good light until they stopped working - Great Customer Service!
These are great lights , unfortunately mine the main light stopped working after a month, only yellow light working . I like Firehawk products and have a few of their led headlights but this time I may have received a defective product.UPDATE: I had reached out to customer service but i missed their response to send me a new replacement and they have been trying to contact and resolve the issue past few months. This is great customer service even when the fault was mine to follow up. Awaiting replacement , giving 5 stars because i do love the lights and on top of their excellent customer service. I may have received a defective product first time around. Thank you

Awesome Pod Lights with Decent Relay Setup
Bought to install on Vstrom most lights under hundred are so-so. Wanted a quality mid range to pu on for throwing light down the road and off the side at night for trails. First off quality materials compared to the previous niilight I owned nowhere near as nice as Baja Squadron however 300 versus 80 versus 45. I will be choosing the 80 set as these are good all rounder for most people. Install is fairly easy 2 posted image of their directions for relay with reference. For these lights power draw more geared towards a truck or larger suv with bigger battery/alternator output. Once I get the brackets for my bike or car should be able to gauge night distance for reference. However just from using in my garage blows the niilight away but is able to make a showing against the Baja. Get the bundle over sourcing individually. Over all this from firehawk is a home run may be buying another set for family member. Lights can be amber, white, or amber w/white.Lens plastic, fins are Aluminium brackets and bolts are galvanized steel.

They are high powered lights. A few of these new led’s light up the
I mounted 2 of these spot beam light on a piece of 1/2 inch osb board that fits into my sunroof opening….. its dome shape allows for more leds on the surface of the a dome than on a flat surface's of the led. at 30 watt each, they can run off your car batteries!

Did not last 6 months
I had high hopes for this product but it didn’t even last six months. The attachments for the lights got rusty after a few months (no big deal I could live with that) however shortly after that the switch stopped illuminating which light was on. Again, I figured I could just live with this and just had to make sure that I remembered to check if they were on or not before I walked away from the car. Now, the lights are malfunctioning. The amber lights still come on but the bright main lights no longer come on. Then, a few days ago, I come outside to find the right light (the bright one) was on but not at full strength and the left one was very very dim. On top of that, when I tried to shut them off, they won’t even respond to the switch so they go on and off by themselves and barely any illumination. Not satisfied with this product at all.

Arrived damaged!
I needed these asap. So I cannot send them back! I normally wouldn’t care about a simple scratch. But these are going in a trailer with corrosive liquid. Eventually these will rust out due to not having proper paint on metal. Very disappointed.

Japan Made and Assembled in China - Seems Solid
—————-Manufacturing:—————-Being assembled or made in China in my opinion doesn’t always mean Cheap garbage. If you can adhere to strong quality standards and control then surely enough 90% of major brands get their stuff from China.—————-Product itself:——————-First impression:Solid, Stable, Heavy and Neat.Second look:Packaging could be better for the protection of lense.I believe the lens is plastic but if it was glass would have been even better but then again thinking 🤔 that even mercedes and other cars have plastic headlights so these should be ok as well. In the 3rd pic you can see how smooth and shiny the lense is that it reflects light.I also did noticed 2 tiny tiny chipped of black paint spots on one light but honestly it is nothing worth even mentioning - i am only mentioning it cause i want fellow people to understand what to expect and like i said earlier if packaging improves this could be avoided easily.I also noticed the breathing valve / sealing bolt that they installed is of good quality and i did some search on the company that produces those boot/valves. All this made it clear to me that FirHawk really did use better quality material in making of this product. All in All I am happy with these lights. I order the wiring harness from firehawk separately.I will install them on my bike and time will tell how long they last and how well they perform. We have one year warranty from the seller and they really claim to stand behind their product.Totally Recommended

Great Output and features for the price point.
The media could not be loaded. I put four of these on my jeep Gladiator and I’m super impressed. The light output is strong and the pattern has a nice spot in the middle but a decent amount of flood to fill it in. The orange is bright and looks awesome. Not sure if it’s a pro or a con but it’s got a built in flasher for the orange section so every second time it gets power it’s flashing. I could do without it as I’ll now need to check it during the day to make sure I’m not starting dance parties when I’m using them for running lights.Big props to the company my first set was missing a bracket. They had me a replacement set of lights within 2 days and didn’t require the old ones to be returned.Would definitely recommend.

Great lights, poor packaging.
These lights feel like a solid build. Unfortunately, they are not packed the best. Multiple dents and paint chips on both. The box is in perfect shape, so the shipping company is not at fault here. Fortunately, the customer support and warranty is amazing! This company stands behind their product 100%. A new set is on it's way. Hopefully the company will add thicker bubble wrap or an insert to divide the two lights, so they don't bang against each other during transport.

Very bright and great customer service
They are very bright lights seemed like good quality at first but after 2 months some of the leds burnt out on 1 of the pods. The other one is still perfect. Customer service got a hold of me and sent a new set of pods. I have fire hawk headlight bulbs as well and haven't had any issues with them hopefully it was just a 1 off defective unit.
