I truly don’t see how this can have any negative reviews. I’m admittedly pretty hard on products when it comes to my level of expectations and satisfaction. I’m here to say that this table IS it. For the price, it absolutely cannot be beat. Most all the negative reviews I’ve read can easily be debunked.Firstly, I see a lot of gripe that it’s not real wood. It doesn’t claim to be, it says “wood look”. I would also hope that most people would understand they’re not going to get a real wood table for around the $30 price range. Also maybe I’m the crazy one, but I set drinks on my side table all the time and I would not like real wood. It would warp and get damaged too easily. This table does have texture that mimics real wood and it feels so nice! The color makes it look weathered. You’re not going to know it’s not real unless you’re examining up close.Second complaint I’ve seen often is that the screws come loose. I believe the reasoning is because people aren’t screwing them in tightly enough, and I understand why. You’d have to put it together to see what I mean, but if you tighten the bolts firmly enough, they’ll sit in an indention the bolt makes in the frame. I think many would be afraid to screw them in that tightly because it seems like it’s going to damage the frame and it does take a lot of tightening to get there. I promise that is the way to go, though. You definitely want to tighten them to that point to keep them from coming loose. As soon as you see the head of the bolt pop into that slight indention, you’ll know it’s tight enough. Just don’t go any further or you may actually bend or crack the frame. It is hollow metal, so it can be bent.Finally, there are a few people saying this table is ugly. Well, that’s subjective. I don’t think it’s ugly at all. I think it can go with many different types of interior styles from rustic, to bohemian, to Scandinavian, to modern sleek and much more. It’s a simple table, yes. But it is so versatile and can be dressed up more with your decor.The bottom line is that I don’t think you can go wrong with this table (unless of course you are the one who gets a lemon, I did see one review of a truly defective table). The price point is so reasonable and it really looks upscale for the price. Sturdy and purdy.

These tables are super easy to put together and we’re way better quality than I was expecting. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the top or not, but the color is really nice and it looks more expensive than it was. I bought 2 of them for my living room since we don’t have a lot of space for side tables but always need places to put coffee, for our son to set his snacks down or even to hold our phones while we charge. These tables fit that need perfectly. They aren’t as tall as some that I’ve seen but for us it fits our couches perfectly, and even if it didn’t, the value is unbeatable. Similar tables sell for double this price at Walmart, Target etc. Definitely would recommend!

Was not expecting much but this was a great lil table! Took 10-15 min to assemble. Super easy. The best part is the top. It's sturdy and even feels like wood on top. You can feel the grains. Nice dark gray color. For the price it is great. Holds my old laptop (super wide? Just fine and a teeny space for a drink. Whew. If you had a slim laptop or iPad even better! It's small (note the scale relative to the tea cup in the product photo), light weight, and inexpensive...but not cheap looking if properly assembled. Admittedly it's slightly smaller and less substantial than similar tables at brick and mortar stores, but at less than half the price as those it's quite a deal. It serves our purpose exactly. My wife likes to use the short end of an L-shaped sectional in our home theater like a chaise on movie night. This is a perfect size for her to use as snack table when it's slid under the couch next to her. I use it as a laptop stand when I'm monitoring other games while watching football.Assembly hints:The provided allen wrench will work, but your life will be much easier if you use a proper tool with a longer handle. The hex head bolts need to be cranked down even with the surface of the bars. You need fairly strong hands to make this short one work.Throw away the plastic dots they provide for the base. Get some half inch self adhesive furniture bumpers for the base if this is sitting on bare floors. You won't need anything if sits on carpet.

Purchased for use in my theater and it looks great.Positives:-Easy to put together-Reclaimed Wood finish is pretty-Fits under sofa for floating table above couch-Value price-Looks good-Solidly Built. No wobble.Negatives:-Let’s are skinny and look a bit flimsy.Overall, this has become a staple of our house and is a great value and item.

I have 2 recliners in my living room that due to space restrictions have to be placed fairly close to each other. This item is PERFECT - it is narrow enough to fit between the recliners and is also the PERFECT HEIGHT (I don't remember the exact dimentions but the top of the table is almost exactly at the same height as the arm rests (perfect beer grabbing dimentions!).Just want to give a shout out for this product - simple design, easy to assemble and made of good material.
