Perfect. It will be much safer for us around the hot oil manipulating the big birds and other meat.

It does what it is supposed to do, but definitely overpriced for what it is. It is a simple, thin piece of aluminum with holes in it. The maximum weight is 16 pounds so it won't handle a large turkey.

Used this to deep fry a 16 lb. turkey. We had no issues with it whatsoever. Very sturdy and seems it will last a while.

The problem is that its too tall… needs to replicate a beer can more, grill cover hits the chicken when closed

the vertical stand tilts to the side with the slightest of pressure because the stand is mounted to a very thin plate. Needless to say the turkey was difficult to fry due to this. there needs to be more support at the base.

Read the product description carefully! The hardware, loop, and hook are stainless (not a high molybdenum like 304 or 316) but low grade stainless. The kicker is that the base is aluminum. I bought assuming the entire assembly was stainless and it is not. Still a good quality stand but if you fry a lot of birds ( I do about 50 per year) you will know aluminum is difficult to clean and will not last nearly as long. I will be keeping these but am still on the hunt for a full stainless round perforated rack with a loop pedestal.

Disappointed it did not come with shown pick up device like an upside down coat hanger. But had purchased in USA and not worth returning. But disappointed

Made frying the turkey breast this year a bit more easier.

Used it to deep fry a turkey and it works great.
