REALLY COMFORTABLEI do not like to seat for long periods, especially when it is hot but my work requires me to. Hence, this is a really good option and it is comfortable for the whole family! Even my partner loved it! I am tiny so the small size was great, my partner is much bigger but still he found it comfortable and useful as he has problems with his legs. It has been useful for the car, the office chair and home. I will purchase another but the one that has an opening for the car so I do not have to keep carrying it everywhere! I will update this review when I get the other cushion.The cushion is soft, and keeps its shape. So far, I am really satisfied! I definitely recommend this product if you seat for long periods and need a comfortable surface where you can seat without worrying about circulation and a cushion that keeps its shape without the need to stand every ten minutes like other cushions. Additionally, the quality feels and looks great and it does not keep the shape of the previous person who sat on it or even your own. This is a fantastic feature as you can move it around to make sure you are comfortable. Moreover, the height of the cushion is brilliant for the car seat when I drive, as I said I am slim and approximately 5 ft. Great product!

Check your weight against what this is made to support.The material is good quality, and it seems to be fine, certainly seemed value for money to me.I don't want to penalise it for my own mistake, but I didn't check the weight limit on it, and this one is far too soft and doesn't really help me. I would recommend getting a firmer cushion that can support heavier weights regardless.

My reason for buying this cushion is I believe I'm suffering from what is known as Pudendal Neuralgia. I work as a Graphic artist and spend many hours sat at my desk. Although I've not had an official diagnosis as it seems many doctors are in the dark about this condition, my symptoms seem to tick all the boxes. I've only been using this cushion for a few days now however I awoke this morning and noted I'm feeling less discomfort than I have been. I would like to think this will be ongoing. To anyone else suffering with PN or Pudendal Nerve Entrapment, I would certainly suggest giving this cushion a try especially if you spend many hours seated. That being said, do try standing to work if possible and getting out walking whenever possible. Let's face it, we're not designed to be sat down all day. If my opinion on this cushion changes, I'll leave an update, failing that, feel free to contact me to see how I'm getting on with it. The only downside I can currently think of is that this cushion was not available on Prime for next day delivery, the 4 or 5 day wait for it to arrive seemed like an eternity whilst sat at my desk. I'm not cured but slightly more comfortable and at least have a partial smile on my backsides face ;o) Good luck in your search for comfort.Update: 12 months later and the cushion is still going strong. I cannot recommend this product enough as it has enableD me to continue working in perfect comfort over the last year.I did contact the supplier as I wanted to purchase 2 extra covers. The cushion appears well made and of good quality. The dips position at the back and front so it does relieve pressure around the coccyx area. Although it helped relieve discomfort in this area, overall I didn't find it comfortable to sit on because the ring presses / digs into the outside of my bottom (I'm a size 10). I only tried it once and then I asked my tissue viability nurse about it and she said they don't recommend donut type cushions because of an increased risk of pressure sores. So I am returning the cushion because I need something I can sit on for longer periods. I would say if you find this sort of thing helps your pain just be careful not to sit on it for long stretches e.g not 4-5 hours.

This cushion has been the most welcome arrival in my life; I have multiple health issues and at some point have damaged Coccyx & MRI shows Coxydemia & awaiting further caudal epidurals. I have been unwell in other aspects but unable to sit up in bed for months until I started looking on line and found this. It is simple and very effective. I have literally gone from having to lie on my side with my head on pillow trying to watch TV - to finally being able to sit comfortably and upright and have some comfort again. I had been unable to sit up in bed or sit comfortably on a chair for about 4 months.I highly recommend the product for anyone with similar injury. It is also light enough to take out with me, and the gel clever enough to provide support and comfort. Thank you.

Ordered this for my sister because she had broken her coccyx (tailbone) and it has helped tremendously with her pain. It has also helped her posture! I did try it out and was very tempted to order one for myself because purely for the comfort and posture factors. It is not inflatable so has no chance of popping, the zip off case is a great idea so it can get cleaned, also is nice material. The design is ideal for maximum thigh contact and minimum tailbone contact so all the sitting is done on the thighs. It has a gripped bottom so doesn't move around too much. The ribbed top helps to not let any numbness arrive if sat on for long time. I did buy this when it was at a reduced price but think it is worth the full price considering how well thought out it is and how much it helps.
