I have used the mini Corn Baby as an all around pillow when needing warmth. It’s holds heat well (about 15 minutes at least after heating in the microwave). I prefer using this to an electric heating pad. Lovely packaging, nice fabric and odorless. Highly recommended.

Love my Iowa Corn Baby. Well made. Beautiful color (I got the deep green). Love the logo and that it is a small company. Heats up well in microwave. I use on my wrist. Broke it a year ago and do yoga and enjoy crocheting. Just started weight lifting (for osteoporosis), so now it feels sore occasionally. Spoke with my surgeon who cleared for all these activities but said I could put heat on it before and/or after. It’s the perfect size. Comes in nice container to keep it clean. Added bonus - you can also freeze and use as a cold pack.

For anyone who is on a computer most of the day (as I am) this is simply a godsend for a stiff neck. It's the perfect size to fit on my neck and shoulder. However, I'm sure it would help any sore muscle or ache one might have. The moist heat from the corn penetrates deep into the issues and the relief is almost instant. It can be used over and over (I had a similar product from a craft show and had it for years) and this one is much better made and comes with a washable outer cover. I am elated that I found this bag. It truly does take the soreness, pain and stiffness away.

Was suppose to be new but box arrived ripped open once it finally showed up took over week to recieve but warms up nice works for what was needed.Does have a moist heat feel when using warm, would be nice to have a way to keep outer cover in place but is nice can wash that only

They thought of everything. The corn baby comes wrapped in a velvet outside layer that’s soft to the touch. This allows you to lay it on your body without it feeling clammy on your skin. The bag it comes in, should be kept because it has suggestions on how to heat it and let it get cold. Plus you place the corn baby in the bag and then put it in the freezer. This allows you to keep the packaging so there’s no waste. No smell, it’s warm and helps relieve the minor pain and aches you might have. Definitely a good value for my money.

I needed a hot pad of some type to hold to my eye. Everything I owned was far too big. This pad eas only a little larger than my palm. The velvet cover kept the heat from hurting my eye or palm. Just don’t do what I did—the second time I used it I thoughtvI remembered the heating instructions and put it in the microwave for double the time required. The sound of kernels popping sent me running into the kitchen! Just a few pieces popped and the bag is still useable. I loved the smell!

I've wanted a corn-filled heating pad for a while now, but everything available on Amazon seemed to be heating pads with other fillers (e.g., rice, beans, cherry pits, etc.). I almost gave up until this product came up in my feed. I was hesitant to spend the $17 because I wasn't sure if I would like it or not. Thankfully, my need out-weighed my pocket book, and I took a chance. WOW! First of all, the product arrived well-packed and on time (a big win). Second, the cover is velvet and so very soft. Third, the instructions we easy to follow. In all truth, this is a well-made small heating pad. I've used it a couple nights in a row, and the bag heats well (45 seconds). It keeps warm for about 10-15 minutes, which is fine for me. Overall, this is an excellent product. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a mini heating bag.
