I echo what others have said about the directions but after about 5 minutes you'll understand how to put it together.I have a few issues with this product. The canopy is extremely light & although the product advertisement states it's weather resistant I highly doubt this will stand up to even California weather for more than 1 or 2 seasons.My biggest issue is the construction. We have another dog bed from a different manufacture with the same velcro assembly but the construction is plastic & are not cut into multiple pieces. I believe this product was built primarily for shipping & packaging because I didn't understand why there were so many "attachment" pieces? The box it comes in is very small & all the railings are cut into 2 piece assembly instead of 1 & the canopy rods are cut into FIVE pieces making this section VERY BRITTLE. The connection pieces are prone to break which I broke one already & the product comes with extra connecting pieces most likely for this exact purpose! These canopy rods really should have been a ONE PIECE design. You will encounter issues pushing the canopy rods through the canopy fabric holes, having pieces come apart & is very frustrating.Lastly, if this is going to primarily be an outside bed for you pet & you don't have a sliding glass door, then you may want to assemble part of it outside because the medium bed & larger will not fit through a standard door.

Ordered this for our new puppy who has white fur and loves the sun, but shouldn't be in the sun! She is 26 pounds (and growing) and has PLENTY of room! The bed portion doesn't weigh a lot, so is easy to carry, but isn't as portable as I thought it would be (because of the cover part which is comprised of 5 sticks connected together to go diagonally across each way.) I would take it to the beach or a multi-day visit somewhere, but won't likely take it somewhere for just the afternoon. It works wonderful on or patio however, We call it her puppy cabana! I like how the cover part connects to the bed with the "sticks" and also with little clips. We had an issue with one part and customer service was amazing!!

The bed itself wasn’t to bad to put together other than you need to Velcro one end of the bed itself to the poles. There isn’t very much material on it to stretch to go over the poles so you can Velcro. You definitely need to tug on it to assemble and still it. Even after that there still was a good amount of Velcro that didn’t get covered(in second picture)The canopy is my biggest complaint. The poles don’t bend well. The attachments that connect the poles together would snap when you would try to bend it to attach to the bed, or, the pole would just slip out no matter how much you pushed the pole into the attachments to try to make it stay. I kept closing my eyes during assembly because I was getting ready do it to snap and hit me. 😂Once assembled, I adding Duct tape to a few places to help me feel better about it not snapping.I bought this particular dog bed because of the canopy so my dog gets some shade whenever we go camping. I wish it just was better quality and easier to assemble. He seems happy with it right now🙂

The quality and overall outcome of the bed is a hit. My dog loves being outside but I needed a bed for her so I found this one. It was really hard to put together as it did not come with instructions. I used common sense to put the bed together, but it was definitely more diff than it needed to be. It is bigger than I thought and I’m really happy with the overall outcome of the bed.

Very good quality and all 3Fur babies fit perfectly.The only thing is connectors for canopy don't hold to good. So it makes it difficult to set upThat needs needs better fit and quality.Otherwise it's grand tastic

Easy to put together. Our dog likes it, once he got used to it. He still isn't sure of the canopy part but we are working on it.
