Great for inside and outside workouts
This set is definitely worth every penny, I've had several other brands and this one is definitely better made. I've been using the kit for about a week now and I love it.

Love it
I really like this and it helped my son build his arm strength. Previously he had a hard time throwing from third base to first base. With this, he is able to throw further than that now.

Great bands on a budget
I purchased these for my son, who is a baseball player. He had dislocated his finger and could not throw, so he wanted to be able to continue working on throwing strength and flexibility as he recovered from his injury.For the price, these are great bands! He has used them every day for about a month now, and they are beginning to fray a bit where they rub on the carabiner, but it only effects the aesthetics, not their effectiveness. For the price, if they wear out, we can purchase another set. Perhaps we will buy a higher quality set next time, but we are truly happy with these.The attachments came just as pictured. The doorstop is the attachment my son is currently using, and it works well - just make sure you close it in a door that nobody is going to open!
