this dehumdifier worked great. It kept the basement humidity low and can be connected directly to drain. It collected water well, not too noisy, easy to use. I like the internal drying function in case the dehumidifer needs to be stored away for a while. Unfortunately the device stopped working after about 10 months. However, the customer service was very helpful in troubleshooting the device and when that failed, getting a replacement for me speedily. If the replacement lasts, I'll definitely consider buying this dehumidifier again!

The dehumidifier worked quiet and efficiently for 6 weeks . It then made some funny noises and stopped removing moisture from air . I contacted Waykar customer service and they quickly replaced the unit for me including shipping even though it was out of the 30 day free replacement period . It's nice to know that they are a company that stands behind their products .
