Great product with high quality parts.
The media could not be loaded. Really high quality steps, no idea why you would pay double for the other brand. Definitely look miles better than the lesser brand. Not too hard to install, the wiring was definitely what took the longest. Only thing that left me puzzled is the spacers, let's you know they're in there but never tells you where to use them or why. They fit perfectly snug with a little gap between the body so guess I don't need them!

A lot of value. Works on 2024 non hybrid models.
Everything came packaged well with no issues. These do work on a 2024 non hybrid/crewmax truck as well.Instructions could use improvement and clarification to some areas of the install. I did call RC support line and I got a rep right away no annoying menus or automated prompts. Can’t beat calling a number and getting a person in 3 rings. There is no real clear instructions on how or where to run the electric wiring underneath the truck. You need to run half or the wiring to the driver side of your truck. I went over my gas tank, there is a cross member that you can zip tie the wiring to as you go over your driveshaft and exhaust pipe. The cross member has a u-shape to it that allows the wiring to sit in the channel and have clearance from heat and the drive shaft. Once your under your truck you should be able to find this cross member bar I am mentioning. One thing wasn’t mentioned in the instructions. The wiring that goes in the vehicle was maybe a foot short from what I needed to connect to the magnets. It could be how I ran my wiring behind my center console using a wire hanger. But the wiring and the magnet location could use some improvements. I ended up using other magnets than the ones provided because if you’re not almost exact on matching them up with the sensors you place on the door jambs the steps will not work. I believe the gap is too large between the door and the jamb. Or the provided magnets are just too small. If you’re having trouble trying to line up the magnet and sensor I just used painters tape and moved the magnet around on the door till it activated the sensor. You do need to have both sensors and magnets lined up on one side of the vehicle for the steps to work.Hope this little bit helps anyone looking to add these to their truck. Not a bad deal for saving over a thousand bucks compared to the popular brand.

Great power running boards
I really love these boards. If I have any complaints at all it would be that I wish the delay to close was just a couple of seconds longer and the instructions could be a little better. They do have a delay but you need to be quick to open the rear door if you don’t want them to start to retract. Two more seconds would have been perfect. The install is a bit of a project. I did it by myself and it took a good 4-5 hours. The hardest part by far was routing the wires for the driver side doors and kill switch over from where you pop up on the passenger side. Trust me on this and YouTube how to disassemble the center console and do that to make routing the wires easier. That turned out to be very easy and would have saved me time if I had known to do it. The kit is well thought out and works great overall. They don’t really tell you where to put the LED lights and at first I put them on the rockers but didn’t like that they showed. Ended up moving them to frame rails under the truck and that worked well.
