The media could not be loaded. Having recently purchased the mattress bed, I am compelled to share my experience with others. From the moment it arrived, the process was seamless. The delivery was prompt and the setup was hassle-free. But to be honest, the mattress is a little heavy so I recommend not opening it by yourself but finding a helper. In terms of comfort, this mattress exceeds expectations. The plush yet firm surface provides just the right balance for a good night's sleep. It contours to the body, offering excellent support regardless of sleeping position. I wake up feeling refreshed and without any aches or pains. What truly sets this mattress apart is its durability. Despite nightly use, it has maintained its shape and supportiveness. The materials used seem to be of high quality and built to last. Lastly, I love the color! Super cute!!

This is a really nice mattress for the price. Daughter loves it and sleeps so well. It feels firm enough for back support with nice pillow top.

We wanted to upgrade our mattress since we have a toddler who sleeps in bed with us. We use it directly on the floor with slats on the bottom to avoid locking in moisture. This definitely feels more on the firm side rather than medium firm, which we’re okay with. We’re combination sleepers but this mattress works for us. The edges does feel a little to flimsy/lacks support but it’s not really an issue for us. We slept on first night we got this delivered and it wasn’t too bad - expanded right away. Toddler slept really well & idk if it’s the mattress but he slept on his back all night which we love (he usually ends up twists and turning in bed trying to find his position) As for us, It’s just right, it’s firm but comfortable (we weigh 100-150lbs)The only issue we have with it is that it’s reaaaallly heavy! We’re at the second floor & needed to have 3 person to carry it since delivery person left it.So far so good! I’ll try to update my review after a month or two to see if it holds up.

Glad I bought it! Came the day it said it was going to come. I don't know what I expected with a mattress in a box but I was pleasantly surprised it's just like a regular mattress. There is a smell coming straight from the box but it's not pungent and it fades. The firmness is nice. It's sturdy and has a small dip when you lay down. It doesn't hurt my back or my hips and shoulders. It's pretty heavy, and it inflated has soon as I ripped open the plastic. Would've gotten 5 stars but it wasn't as tall as I thought it was.

I don’t normally write reviews. My daughter had back surgery and I needed a more firm mattress quickly. I researched many and decided to go with Novilla. What a great choice. We have all had back surgery’s and immediately post op my daughter was as comfortable as she could be on this mattress. The only negative is there isn’t a lot of support sitting on the edge of the bed but u still can and aren’t falling off. This is the PERFECT mattress for children or adults looking for a reasonably priced mattress and a comfortable mattress. It is slightly firm but no hip pain laying on side. It seems like it would be a great mattress for all those who like a moderately firm to firm feel. It shipped quickly. Expanded quickly and evenly. No chemical smells or mold. Fantastic product and worth all the good reviews. This coming from a nurse who is very picky about mattresses for bad backs. Thank u Novilla.

The media could not be loaded. This is definitely a worth to buy high quality mattress! It was delivered quickly and it was so easy to set up! I just moved to an apartment and was in a rush to get a good mattress, turned out that I’m very lucky to choose this! I like the high density support foam, medium firm is also exactly what I need as it balances the body support and relieves pressure perfectly! It also has a great edge support, so it’s perfectly safe from sinking or rolling off while sitting on the mattress edge! Highly recommend to choose this mattress as I indeed have a more peaceful and comfortable sleep experience since I got this new mattress!

Heavy..but definitely worth the 100 pounds.Let it air out for a full day. No funny smell..medium firm. Great buy.
