Helps my brain. I'm 67 and since I've been talking this my brain is so much better.
I use it everyday. I put it in water or milk. Doesn't taste that bad. If I miss a dose I feel it. I start to feel sluggish. I already have bought this a few times. Yes I recommend it.

Good ingredients
Has a funny taste but is tolerable. I just needed vitamin B supplements and my regular multivitamin contained biotin a substance I can have so I decided to go with this and so far it's working well.
