Works fine just like the more expensive brands. I used this to fill and harden my engine mounts to improve reliability. Delivered in time. Came with a applicator nozzle. Tip: Use a heat gun to warm up the adhesive and wrap it in a towel for a 5-10 mins or you can place the tube in the sun for a few hours to get the product to flow easier when applied with a traditional caulk gun. Also, get a bottle of Isopropyl alcohol to be able to immediately wipe away any unintended spill. Make sure you prep the surface properly before applying.

The biggest issue, you need a forearm like Popeye to squeeze a normal caulking gun to get this stuff out. Made it difficult to get a clean edge, but did what it was supposed to.

I replaced a windshield myself to save about 250 dollars on a C230. I did get a tube of expired or near expiration date primer from the guy that delivered the windshield, and I used it. Not sure if the primer was necessary, but this product worked to adhere the windshield and is leak free.

Well 5 stars for this windshield sealant. Now I now it's intended for installation of windshields and such, but I got this to use on an old installed windshield. I have a very old 80's dump truck that's impossible to get new or replacements parts for, so find a new rubber windshield install gasket is impossible and the windshield was leaking non-stop whenever it rains. I got this stuff the other day and it was a nice warm and sunny day, so I went ahead and got to work. I cleaned all the old latex and silicone that had previously used in futile attempts to stop the leaks and made sure everything was clean and dry. I then ran a slight bead of this sealant across the top of the old windshield gasket and then smoothed it out nicely with my gloved index finger. It's been raining non-stop the past 48 hours and I went out to check things out. I opened up the door to the dumptruck and low and behold, everything was high and dry ! ! WooHOO - success.This sealant is very 'thick' and it's a workout to squeeze it out of a manual tube dispenser, especially when squeezing through a smaller tip opening. It is also very difficult to remove mess from your skin. I found that it takes a good amount of Dawn dish soap and a scrubby sponge to get it all off, and don't dilly dally about getting to it.I have not doubt this stuff would work great for frameless windshield replacements.

Not sure there is much I can say. The containers were intact and sealed. For Windshield or other auto glass instillations this would work great. Depending on the size of an install you may need a send set. These new cars and there huge windshields. Maybe time will tell about longevity? No leaks yet, finger crossed.

Automotive glass adhesive of any brand is sensitive material with a short (typically a year or less) shelf life. These tubes arrived with a date of 24-03-13, which I interpret as March 13, 2024. There is no indication of what that date represents, the manufactured date or the expiration date?Also missing is any guidance regarding bead size or shape, cure time (full or safe to drive) or the use of primer (which is absolutely required on bare metal).Believe it or not, the adhesive holding your windshield in place (rear glass also) is a critical part of any vehicle's structural integrity. By keeping the safety glass in place in the event of an accident, the passenger compartment maintains it's rigidity and ability to resist collapsing in on occupants. In other words, with glass in place roof is hard, without glass roof is soft.The use of primers to ensure a strong bond varies greatly and changes often with all the major adhesive manufactures. The last time I checked, they all required primer on bare metal, and most required primer on the new glass. This packaging mentions nothing about primer, or where to find more details regarding this matter or others. Also not present is a MSDS.The glaring lack of those important details leaves me to question the quality of the urethane itself. They cut corners on the label and instructions, I have to believe the rest of their manufacturing process is compromised as well.I wouldn't recommend using this product unless the issues I mentioned are addressed. The cost savings are not worth the potential hazards created by this urethane. Stay safe my friends.

I Had to reseal a few parts of my windshield from an older car and this stuff did the trick....a bit of a mess so not a bad idea to wear gloves but so far so good...the leaks I've been dealing with this winter are now sealed up.
