Bought to take Newfy on a back country backpacking camping trip. I wanted to be able to tether her at the trail head, and keep her close in a few places, then adjust how much space she gets as we get farther away from people. This did exaclty that. When we reached where she could go off leash I just kept it around my waist clipped together in short loops and it stayed out of my way. I was able to use hiking poles while keeping responsible control ofy dog.At camp, she was loose 90% of the time, but the leash worked as a tether for the few times we wanted to keep her in a certain spot (while we were cooking and eating mostly).Love the added reflective detail, made it easy to see in the dark. (Newfy wore a reflective vest and a lighted harness at night, and wasnt tethered in the dark)Great purchase for our back country camping Newfy!!

I expected this to be a little gimmicky or not that useful but its been amazing. My dog is learning how to not pull so this has been helpful with that. She feels the tension but I'm not being pulled as much. With chronic pain, other leashes where she could pull could really throw my body out of whack, but so far this one has been great for pulling as well as hands free options. We love to take our dog to the brewery and we also buy cans there, so being hands free with her has been so much easier to get everything into the car or the house.

I LOVE using this crossbody. It is so helpful not to have leashes pulling on my wrist, arm, shoulders.

I bought a different brand of hands free leash/belt, but those leads did not work for us. I bought these to use on the other belt. SO much better! This length is a little long for how we normally walk, so I have to use some leash management, but I can easily walk my 2 German Shepherds with them. Highly recommend.

With a new puppy I wanted to do the "umbilical" method of training, but couldn't find any leashes that would go around my waist or shoulders and still have the length I wanted to allow the pup while I was working or walking around.This is a nice length, 10 ft. It is well made, convenient for keeping the pup with me but not tripping me up. It is round, soft to the touch and yet strong and sturdy. The design allows for it to be flexible in use and convenient.

What a great leash. The rope on the leash is thick and heavy. The clips are strong. It has a rubble handle to place your hand to help hang on to the leash or to just have a nice place to put your hand while walking. It goes on easily and adjust with little effort to go over your shoulder. Loving the hands free as we walk 2 dogs often and can deal with one in hand while using this as well.

This didn’t work for me and my brood! I couldn’t find a comfortable way to wear it while walking multiple dogs!

This is a great leash for outdoor use. It gives my 60lb mutt more freedom, and me some more control. He still pulls on leash, but not too hard as we're working on it. I can wrap it around my waist or across my torso and be hands free. Most of the time I walk him normally. It's nice and thick and has several points of contact that are adjustable for different settings. Overall a great purchase for the dog and myself.
