Awesome little device
Working great for it’s intended purpose. It came with a kioxia (spelling) card with a pretty good operating system and a lot of oldddd games like a few thousand but nothing terribly interesting. I got a new card and installed knulli which is a nicer looking operating system and has many options for tweeking everything but definitely took a hit on battery life. Device works pretty good with DC and PSP but not every game. PSX, SFC, FC, SG, And all the older consoles work perfectly. Thumbsticks work fine and placement is pretty good (I actually use them a lot). The screen is very clear, bright and a reasonable size. Overall this is a great product and I think certainly worth the price. If you want all the blockbuster games be ready to do lots of investigating as well as tinkering with a computer.

Easily my favorite Anbernic so far
I own a bitboy and a smaller Anbernic RG35 and this larger version is by far my favorite. If you are going to use an emulator with a controller with a joystick, this is a MUST. I'm finally able to set up N64 games to have a natural feel to them, and the larger screen is so nice. It does so well with SNES and Gameboy Advance games too. I'm really impressed with the quality on the LEDs, and retroarch has really come a long way. You can basically customize anything. The battery life is great. I'm just all about this console. You really won't be disappointed. The only downside I can think of is that you can't shove this in your pocket because of the joysticks, but you can get a light-weight glasses case to protect things.

Does the trick, great for travel
Some games were missing (only got to the letter D for the Atari 2600 list) but the overall product is solid. Battery has a decent life span, screen a bit small but that's more my eyes getting older. Great for travel

The provided SD Card breaks the device!
The big thing that I saw when ordering, was a warning that the RG40XX H was an often returned item!Once I got mine, I found out why!The trash Micro SD Card that comes with the device kept my handheld from even turning on!Luckily, I knew how to Flash an operating system on a GOOD SD card...But if someone bought the device and didn't know how to fix that issue?Well, it's no wonder you're getting a lot of them returned! The SD Card is corrupted before you ever even turn on the darn thing!

Awesome little retro handheld
To me, the 4" screen and better trigger button layout make it better than the 35XXH. The battery life for it is pretty decent, and it stays cool on everything except the more demanding 3D titles. It gets slightly warm on the back right side but I don't think it would be uncomfortable unless you were going to play for the full battery length, maybe. The D-Pad and face buttons feel great, not mushy or stiff. The trigger buttons are clicky and tactile. The sticks are at least serviceable for being locked to eight directions (Up, Up-Right, Right, Down-Right, etc.) but when you're playing it doesn't feel terribly obvious. Out of the box, going through the menu and selecting things has an annoying sound effect, but you can turn it off in the settings. Overall, it's a great handheld for playing anything 5th Gen and older.

Game Variety
Looks like the picture. Not really what i was expecting. Probably 5 or 6 actual good games. Thought this would be a good alternate to a Nintendo switch for my son. Having so many options for games. Doesn’t hold a charge long and some buttons don't even work.

Great Little Device
Great little device. If you are considering one of these, buy an Anbernic. WAY better build quality x1000% compared to those crappy R36 MAX TEMU junk. Hubbie love this!
