Quick and easy to install . I haven’t tired them out yet but mostly likely going to when I drive up to the cabin on Christmas Eve

A quality tire chain of good material but was too large for my tires. Description was NOT totally clear for the exact tire size. The description gave a "Range" that should fit the tire. Had to return and seek the correct size for my vehicle. Otherwise, on inspection, good chain material and the tightener is a great means to keep the chain tight on the tire; if it was the right size.

Its rare but sometimes required in the snow to carry chains even when driving a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I got these for those times. I put them on in the driveway to familiarize myself with the operation. They went on pretty easily and came off easy as well. Hopefully I never need them but nice to have in case

I hope I never have to use these, but I live and travel in snow country, so there's a good chance I will. I've installed chains before, something I hope to never do again. But these chains, the clever tensioner and ease of mounting, make me *almost* hope I'll need them this winter.Gone are the days of laying out the chains and pulling forward on them, and then having to remove your gloves because otherwise you can never get the clamps to close. Then adding the tensioner bungees and adjusting them again after driving a few feet. What a royal PITA! All that is gone with chains like these.Be sure to watch the videos, if you haven't already.The carrying case is solid and convenient, fitting under the back seat of my pickup for the time when I need these.Bet I can even install these with my gloves on.

Like any other snow chain, the installation process is simple; just follow the instructions, and within 2 minutes, it's on and ready to use. Please note that with the chain on, the max speed is rated at 30 mph. Any faster, might/will damage something.

I ordered this in size 232405 (chains). These snow chains have the same identical model number as other similar chains so I thought they were all the same, but they aren’t. These chains are not rated for low clearance (i.e., s-class rated) vehicles with limited wheel well space. Also, the max speed is 30 km/h instead of 30 mph.I bought these for emergency use with a 4x4 Expedition Max with 276/65/18 tires. However, the break line on the rear wheels come too close to the tire (less than 2 inches) for this to fit comfortably and also snow chains are only supposed to be mounted on the rear wheels on the Expedition (and not at all for the option with larger rims).This comes with a nice carry case and the quality seems fine. Now that I ordered these, I’m not sure whether to put it in the truck for emergencies or get a pair rated for low clearance. Chances are pretty low we will ever need to mount them although where we live, we are required to carry chains to enter some state roads in the winter even if not required to mount them so it does serve some purpose, I guess. I just wouldn’t feel too comfortable riding with these for any distance or very fast considering the fitment.

It was easy to setup, the tricky part is to have the right position for removal. Need to identify what front connector is in sink with other side connector of the tire.
