Slingshot works!!!!!
I have been using sling shot for years. It really works. Helps me with my lifts. I have bad shoulders and elbows. This helps me lift more and keeps me in a better form when I lift

Absolutely Amazing for Those with Shoulder Issues
I’m so glad I finally bought this thing! Unbelievable!!
I definitely was skeptical before purchasing. I’ve always had a shoulder impingement, which made bench pressing and dips a huge issue for me. So I figured if it doesn’t work for me, I’ll just send it back. Let me tell you that I have never been more impressed with a piece of workout equipment than I am with this product!!. I did not feel any pain whatsoever in my shoulder!! Actually, it really truly felt like I was cheating because the weight was literally going up so easy. I got it at 10 PM at night and I went downstairs. I had 185lbs on the bench. I didn’t do any warm-up or anything. And without any issue, I pumped out 15 reps and I could’ve kept going, it literally feels like you’re cheating when you’re using this product and I did not have an ounce of shoulder pain. I usually bench 250lbs but I haven’t been able to do it in a long time because of my shoulder. so I work out with 185 to 205 anywhere from 8 to 10 reps. But with this product it is an absolute game changer!!! I’m telling you if you’re skeptic just buy it and honestly if it doesn’t work out for you. Just send it back for a refund. But I am so impressed with this item. I’m excited about working out again.

Amazing tool for plateaued benchers
I have been benching for about 20 years. Had to take a break for a while due to shoulder impingement. After rehabbing that and working on thoracic spine mobility and posture, I got back to benching. I quickly got back to work sets in the 225-245 range and max from 265-285 depending on the day, then hit a wall. I had tried everything I could find on every forum and every website. Corrected my form, added leg drive, got my lats involved, 5x5, 5-3-1, different accessory exercises, couldn't get past the barrier. First time using this felt amazing. My form was already good but this tightened up everything, especially at the bottom. After finishing my sets at 245 without the Slingshot, I went to 265 and it felt like 185 at the bottom. My final work sets with this thing first time out were at my old perpetual max. The best comparison I can make is it is similar to using chains without the noise and stares. If you want to bench off of boards but don't have someone to hold them, this is your tool. You get all the load at the top half of the lift but you get help starting at the bottom. I could have thrown more weight on and lifted it but I wanted to get used to the extra weight and be kind to my aging elbows. I don't think I would have any problem with 315-330 using this device. This device is great for overloading the top half of the lift and I look forward to seeing what it will do to my max in a month or so of use. Because of the shadiness surrounding a lot of fitness product reviews on Amazon, I will mention that I paid full price for this product and would do it again in a heartbeat. It was pricey but it feels sturdy so far and it stands to help me out a great deal in the gym.

This thing is amazing
I saw some ads for this on Facebook and I was definitely curious. I have pretty bad shoulder pain. I've spent a lot of time trying to find chest exercises that don't hurt my shoulders. I was skeptical at first so I made sure to buy this from Amazon in case I needed to return it. I put in on prior to my warmup set and noticed a difference. Then I added more weight and I was amazed. I went from barely able to get 5 reps of 185 to doing 11 reps and then doing 6 reps of 205. My shoulders never bothered me at all.

Be cautious when selecting your size
I went to Mark Bell's website to figure out my size, and according to the size chart, I'm supposed to use a 3XL. When I received it, it was a little too big. I could probably wear elbow sleeves and still be able to put the slingshot on without any problem. I guess it's better than it being too small because they charge $20.00 to re-stock it and exchange only if unused. I'm not willing to pay that.Why the 5 stars still?Despite it being too big, it's definitely a tool I recommend for anyone serious about increasing their bench. It's a great way to overload, and it has definitely helped me increase my max bench in a very short time! It's allowed me to use weights that I've never been able to use before WITHOUT any shoulder pain at all. In addition, it's helped with my elbow pain as well which is the main reason I got it in the first place. It even helps with your form because it keeps your elbows in tight rather than flaring out which happens during maximal weight sets.For me, I've found that whatever weight I can do for 3 PAUSED reps is usually my new max.Tip:As stated on the website, make sure you use wrist wraps! You'll be using heavier weights and more reps than you've ever done before, and you'll be surprised how fatigued your forearms get from the new stimulus. I like to train without wraps because I've never felt any pain or soreness while benching. HOWEVER, I went for a repetition max using the Slingshot, and right around the 6th rep, my forearms begin burning as if I were doing wrist curls or max reps on deadlift. I now know why some of the biggest benchers, Eric Spoto and Scot Mendelson, have some of the hugest forearms.

Premetto che sono un istruttore di Powerlifting, anche se l'utilizzo della "fionda" non è contemplato nella programmazione atletica, la utilizzo per i carichi alti per migliorare il controllo dell'articolazione gleno-omerale. NON sostituisce una base tecnica e un buon set-up. Se non si sa fare un'alzata decente non c'è alcun vantaggio ad usarla (come tutte le cose) anzi si rischia di peggiorare la stabilità. La sconsiglio ai neofiti o per chi fa fitness, meglio imparare la tecnica e lavorare sul controllo motorio. Può essere interessante quando i carichi diventano alti per dare un primo feedback del peso ed un aiuto in uscita dal fermo.

You need one
No more shoulder pain while benching, dipping etc. For every chest exercise you can use the sling shot. You will be able to lift more with less injuries
