Vegetable oils contain high levels of omega-6 fatty acids - something most of us get too much of in our everyday diets - and something not well-tolerated by our digestive tract. Thankfully hi-oleic sunflower oil features a completely different molecular structure to typical sunflower oil and is naturally low in omega-6 polyunsaturated fats. It's also totally non-GMO!

The name Good Fat owes itself to our founder Christian's dear old mother who used to use the phrase long before it - or avocados - were flavour of the month!

Vegetable oils contain high levels of omega-6 fatty acids - something most of us get too much of in our everyday diets - and something not well-tolerated by our digestive tract.
