Mo' Urban Dictionary: Ridonkulous Street Slang Defined Paperback – October 1, 2007

It came undamaged which is amazing since Amazon shipping just tossed it in a box with everything else. I usually order just books when I want a book just for this reason. When the order is just books they do a better job of packing but this time the book was on sale. Okay to buy as a gag gift for this price.

This is a great book for those who have no idea what is being said on MTV, VH1, or BET! I can now decode hip-hop songs and rather than just going along with what is being said (because I had no clue what "skeet-skeet" meant), I can now decide for myself whether it is something I want to support..

My 17 year old tells me this book is rated PG or PG-13 and has not let his younger siblings read it. He thinks it's funny though and he has a quirky sense of humor.

I received this book many years ago, looked through it only a few times and has been sitting in a box since. Some funny items in there but way more have been added since then, hard to keep up with the times.

I dislike not seeing all the pages 73 to 78 is torn out a word on 109 and on 110 is cut out. Plus when I flipped to 212 there was a pen line under a word. If I did anything I would use pencil ✏️.

I bought this book just for the hilarity of it. It is just too funny how some of these words have come into existence. I would never have imagined some of these words in a million years.

I've been asked by a 13 year-old to buy this crap, and I thought, "well, it can't be as bad as the other one I received in a lame office party"...Well oh yes, IT CAN BE THAT BAD. IT'S EVEN WORSE.It feels like hearing some awkward jokes between 2 teens, trying weed for the first time in their basement, spilling racist, hainous, slandering or just PLAIN UNFUNNY jokes. YAWWWWNNN....If you're older than 13, if you went to school in your life, and if you like funny, creative stuff, AVOID THIS CALENDAR AT ALL COSTS. You won't be able to laugh, busy you'll be crying for the money you spent on this garbage.

While I enjoyed the  previous edition  of this idea, this book left me feeling a little cheated and a bit let down. It seems as if this publisher is now stretching thin a once good idea.Sure, there are more than enough unusual and interesting entries to give you a few nights worth of guffaws, but overall, you can get more from just visiting the website or signing up for their 'word of the day'.I usually purchase a lot of pop-culture dictionaries and reference books, but this isn't one of the better ones by a long shot.Try these if you're so inclined:1.  McGraw-Hill's Dictionary of American Slang and Colloquial Expressions 2.  Knickers in a Twist: A Dictionary of British Slang 3.  From Grill to Dome: A Dictionary of African American Slang Words and Phrases 4.  The Oxford Dictionary of Idioms 5.  Talk the Talk: The Slang of 65 American Subcultures 6.  The Devil's Dictionary 7.  The Devil's Dictionaries: The Best of the Devil's Dictionary and the American Heretic's Dictionary

This book was bought as a present for a teacher who enjoyed it and and was pleased to recieve it.

Suitable for some but not what I was expecting. I did look inside but you can only see so much!

all really common terms. None that were actually funny. Bought as a joke present thinking it would be like the actual urban dictionary sight but it wasn't
