This was the cheapest of the dishwasher magnet signs I could find at the time Not sure how its price has held up over the years, but I was expecting them to cut corners and save money by reducing the size of the product. When it arrived, I was a little shocked at the size, but I like that because it was for my work and some of the more senior staff read larger fonts better. Color coding the DIrty and Clean also helped. Overall very happy with the purchase. Assuming the price hasn't gone too far up above the $4 I paid for mine, I'd recommend this for any breakroom with a full kitchen.

I put this on the dishwasher (of course) and it stuck magnetically just fine. I put it near the top where it was easy to read. Great! However, I would often find that the slide was part way over so it read neither Dirty nor Clean. After some spirited discussion, my wife pointed out that she has hips and it's in exactly the wrong place for women. I'm not sure I agree with that excuse but I moved it up to the counter and laid it flat, not bothering to stick it on. It's not as easy to see, but the sign no longer changes "by itself" and I'm still married and getting excellent meals! Win-win-win! I'm still the scullery maid, though, hence my interest in the state of the dishwasher. Recommended! Update: moved it halfway down the dishwasher. No more hip problems!

Absolutely love this, after we moved into our new rental, the dishwasher was no longer magnetic so I was unable to use our previous magnet. I used command strips to make this rental friendly, the only thing I wish is that it clicked into place, sometimes youll bump into it and it will swap over and then you are truly unsure. Best purchase of 2023 for me and my household

The slide does not hold all that well on one side or the other, so pay attention every time you open and close your dishwasher to make sure it’s still showing the side you want. Otherwise, just as advertised.

I'm so tired of answering the question "Are these dishes clean or dirty?" because no one in my house can open the door and see for themselves. This is magnetic but also comes with adhesive stickers for nonmagnetic fronts (you can also use Command strips if you don't want to adhere it permanently). This has big, easy to read at a glance, color coded block letters, not stylized script. There is a cover that slides left or right to cover one of the words. Easy peasy.

Works great and is very easy to read and recognize by color. The only issue might be that the sliding cover is a little too easy to slide. We just put the sign in a spot we wouldn't hit with our legs. Sticks well and is of good materials.

Easy, simple solution to the challenge of multiple people sharing kitchen chores. The product is sturdy, holds to the dishwasher well, and the slide mechanism is smooth. My family already seems to be taking more responsibility for unloading and loading, with fewer dirty dishes being left on the counter simply because no one feels like opening up the dishwasher to check the status.
