So far so good. Using it for Pilates reformer on the mat
The media could not be loaded. I've been studying classical Pilates for 3 years with a certified instructor. I bought this band to adapt Pilates reformer exercises on the mat and it's doing fine so far.Resistance is light and it's very stretchy, which is great for doing classical Pilates work. You don't need a ton of resistance, so a stretchy band is definitely more important. The rest is proper form, body alignment and muscle activation. Taking in more slack on the band will add more resistance if needed. These are great for the late Mari Winsor's resistance band Pilates videos. (She's also classically trained in Pilates.) I do think her resistance bands are slightly longer, maybe the same length as the Theraband, but I have not tried it myself. I did feel I could use a few more inches in length since at times I was holding onto the ends of the bands, which added more work for my hands to keep the band from slipping. In the videos and photos, I'm 9.5 months postpartum. Photos demonstrate Footwork and Rowing.

Durable resistance bands; great for physical rehab
I recently have been seeing a physical therapist for the treatment of some neck and back issues. It was recommended that I start performing some stretches to increase my flexibility. Rather than purchasing them through my therapist's office, I decided to check Amazon and I'm glad I did. These were priced reasonably, seem to have good resistance when stretching, appear to be quite durable, and as a perk, came in purple, my favorite color :) I haven't used them much, but they do appear to be quite resilient and certainly at a reasonable price. I'd never heard of MOKOSS before, but I'm glad I decided to try them out.

More resistance than it used to have
I bought the same product a few years ago and it definitely offered less resistance. It's still at least somewhat more flexible than medium level bands and is a good size.

Best band for injuries
When I sprained my ankle, this band became my best buddy. It is not stiff so it is easy to start doing recovery exercises with. It is long enough to be used by tall person who is not flexible.

How hard are you?
I have a weak ankle and have been using this to strength it. It was great and doing well until one night it broke into two pieces. I was shocked, I had expected it to last longer. My feet are extremely well manicured so its not like my toe nails would have made a hole. I recommend buying two just incase.
