Wow! I read all of the reviews and was hesitant to buy this product. It took about two weeks of taking this product to notice a difference. I take this product , and I also take mastic gum tablets. After suffering from bad gerd, and suffering from the side effects of taking zantac and omeprozole, I was left extremely weak, sick, and it had taken its toll on me. After two weeks of taking this product, along with the mastic gum, I'm a whole new person! No more dark circles under my eyes, I walked two miles yesterday! Two weeks ago, I couldn't even walk to my mailbox ! And, no more waking up in the middle of the night with stomach acid choking me. I will be purchasing this product again , and again! I'm very thankful for this product.

So far I've used it for a month. It has really worked well. I've had GERD and other issues for a long time. I was tired of using proton pump inhibitors though, so I decided to try this. I've tried the apple cider vinegar way but that did not work. I do keep my meds around just in case there's a really bad day, but that only happened twice in the last month. I have been taking two caps at night, before bed.Overall I will continue to use this product, only issue was the California warning, which I need to find out more information on.

Gerd Defense was recommended by a nutritionist because I was burping alot. This product helped me to calm the esophagus. I take it as per directions and then 1 pill daily. I stopped taking it once I know I feel alot better.

This made my indigestion worse, I took it late afternoon and it kept me up all night with burping. Also when I did drift off to sleep I kept waking myself up gasping for air. $20 down the drain and no help with my gerd :(

Use Prilosec for years wanted something more natural to help heal my GERD, this product was great but make sure you follow the instructions carefully, this product will work. If I felt my acid reflux acting up I would just use a tums chewable, otherwise had great success.

I use it for stomach/ digestive properties. Always a relief and healing.

Can't say if this works or doesn't. I only took em for 1 day. Might work though, but I can't say.
