Good for it's price
For it's price point it's decent. As others have said it's a tight fit. Hills a regular 20oz Powerade bottle and water bottle. I trimmed the rubber "fingers" off to make it easier to remove a bottle. Time will tell how the durability holds up.

Just what I needed!
This is a pretty nice little cup holder. Came with a bunch of rubber inserts with the clamp for different thickness of bars. Unfortunately the bulbous mounting clamp limited the placement options on my 2014 Honda Forza as I couldn’t get it around my bars past my brake fluid reservoirs due to the size of the mount. I ultimately had to clamp it to the end of my left handlebar. The ball clamp is nice because I can swivel it out when I have something in it and in when I’m not using it. It sorta gets in the way when I’m turning tight trying to park when it’s swiveled out but otherwise it’s fine. The rubber teeth meant to secure the beverage in the holder kinda crush most normal size fast food cups, but I had a medium paper drink cup from DQ in it tonight up to 65 MPH and it never seemed like I was gonna lose it at all, it was very secure. I think is more meant for like a solid refillable water bottle or a 20 oz soda type bottle as the basket is long/tall, and a regular sized can sits down below the rubber teeth. The cup holder is not self leveling, but is very sturdy vertically once you tighten it down but you can still move it laterally with the clamp tightened to position it laterally. Overall it’s a nice cup holder that holds my drinks securely at high speeds, and I would recommend it, especially if you have lots of open bar space.

Very grippy...
Man... this thing holds onto my 20 oz. bottle so tight that I can't even pull it out in one move. Well, it comforts me knowing that my drink will stay put until the next rest stop. Installation is no brainer with the provided hardware. The plain rubber strip can be longer to provide more surface protection on larger bar. Overall, it is a working holder one can find for the bike without breaking the bank. Highly recommended while it still works.

Not good for anything bigger than 2.25 in
Although it says that itll fit up to 3in diameter containers, I tried my contigo mug in it (2 3/4 diameters) and it was hard to get it in, and really hard to pull it back out. The rubber was coming off the metal (if its metal. Seems like pewter) frame. This makes me feel itd rip over time.So yes, itll hold your cups reaaaly well. Over all build seems pretty good quality. But be mindful. Of your drink container diameter.I cant use this on my motorcycle because of this. Especially riding down the road and trying to take a quick drink unless I have a straw

Sturdy and Secure
I purchased this particular MC cup holder because it's 360 swivel ball mount made it possible for me to install on the left down side of my medium rise handlebars and avoid cluttering at either grip. It's also a very sturdy mount that after 1,000 miles hadn't shifted even a micron. The method by which it retains the cup, which is some serrated rubber providing friction grip and looking like shark's teeth will make you confident of no accidental cup ejection. It makes it slightly difficult to remove the cup while mobile but not in anyway that compromises your safety. I found that it easily accepted my Starbucks diameter coffee mug and the typical plastic water bottle that you might acquire at your next fuel stop convenience store. Very satisfied with this product and it beats all others I've had previously.

Didn’t even last two weeks
Didn’t even last two weeks before it started rusting and won’t even tighten to keep the cup holder in the same place. Tightened the bolts down and the ring just spins inside the clamp for the ball. The ease of use also is horrible the rubber grips the cup so much that it makes it hard to pull out a reusable bottle. I am returning and will go another route.
