MAC Opulash Optimum Black Mascara

I've always loved MAC's products, but this mascara left some to be desired. It goes on okay, but after it dries, my lashes feel so brittle like they could crack off. There is absolutely no moisturizing or smooth quality about this mascara. I didn't want to just throw away a new mascara, so I ended up ordering Jane Iredale Purelash Lash Extender & Conditioner to go under the mascara. That makes the mascara usable and not as dried out, but I will definitely not be ordering this mascara again.

I am constantly searching for the perfect products and this has been my go-to mascara for over a year now. It is waterproof so it is a little harder to get off but removes easily with jojoba oil and a cotton pad.

MAC never fails and this product made me feel like I had on false lashes! Awesome and amazing.

It is an okay product. It doesn't dry quickly-- and once it does, it seems to make my eyelashes super dry and they look shorter.

I finally found mascara that doesn't end up under my eyes in a few hours. Great product.

Not sure why this mascara was so thick and sticky. I have used MAC products and mascaras for years, and this is the first one that felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for six years prior to arriving at my doorstep.

As always Mac products are awesome.
