The supplied hose is a LOT more flexible that the BBQ supplied hose. The BBQ in question is a table top model and the addition of the snap on connector (similar connection to a hosepipe connector but a lot smaller) enables the hose and regulator to be disconnected from the BBQ for moving which is very useful.Very pleased with the product

Very easy to assemble, we use it to connect our Weber BBQ to the Airstream’s external gas port.I can now easily release the hose at both ends for storage. Really impressed.TIP: The fittings are a tight fit (good!) into the hose and so I used very hot water to bring some flex in the hose ends.
