I am loving this foam roller!I am someone who needs to exercise and stretch everyday due to back problems from an injury years ago. Exercising daily keeps my core strong and prevents future injuries.My doctor recommended me to get a foam roller for daily exercises.First, I was super excited to find out AMFIT has a foam roller in pink!! So, of course, I had to get it!I was very surprised to see the quality of the roller in person when I received it. It’s sturdy and the perfect size for rolling!! (The gym I go to has shorter ones, I prefer this AMFIT one for being longer).It’s extremely lightweight so I can take it anywhere.Shipping was super fast!! I was very impressed.I’ve already started rolling as soon as I got this roller and I feel great!!

This foam roller is hard. For first timers, I'm sure they will complaint it's very hard. Not for, I've been using solid foam rollers for over 2 yrs now. I love it. For those of you that have never used a foam roller, I highly recommend you buy this one from Amazon (OPTP PRO-Roller Soft Density Foam Roller). Don't get the 18" just cause it's cheaper. I wish I had purchased my own foam roller long before COVID-19. It is the right length and density and for my lengthwise and perpendicular pilates exercises. I bought the pink one to distinguish it from the ones at my gym - should we ever get to go back. It is proving to be well made and robust being used by me and my teenage children who aren't as careful with it as I am.

Was going to get a more expensive treaded one, but decided to go with the cheaper smooth type and happy I did. I surf and practice yoga and get muscle soreness in various parts of my body. This roller works so well to provide relief and can even deliver a mini workout on the arms depending on how you use it. Highly recommend these foam rollers.

Roller was delivered within 48 hours of purchasing, not a lot of wasteful packaging which I love. Was expecting a a small one but this is actually pretty long. I love how firm it is.Exceeded my expectations for sure

The AMFit foam roller came to our door quick and easy. The color is bright and fun. We especially like the size of this foam roller! We had been struggling with a much smaller one for years. I am very impressed with the new foam roller I recently purchased from Amfit. It's longer than my previous roller, which allows for reaching muscles that I previously was not able to accommodate. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks but so far, so good.
