What is the difference between the avx400 and avx600?

They are pretty much the same. One is for home use and the other is for professional use. The 600 comes with more accessories, features and supplies. It can also do needle electrolysis.

Doing what I expect

I had an issue with the machine after my first use, but the manufacturer fixed it. If I plug in the pedal it turns the circuit on and I can't turn it off at all so I don't use that. I'm assuming that's what burned it out the first time so I've avoided using it and I've done so successfully so far. I have contacted the seller about the pedal after they fixed the machine, but I haven't gotten a response. So far that hasn't been a problem for me, but I'm only using this in home for now. My facial hair is resilient, but I'm slowly beating it back and I'm seeing results. I have used it on body hair, but not as aggressively as I have been on my face, and it is also effective in that regard.
