Beautiful Product! Color Is Lighter Than in Picture Though! Terrible Packaging!
Color is lighter than in picture. Just be aware. Other than that beautiful product. Looks like an easy install. The big one has terrible packaging. The small one comes in a nice box, but the big one just comes in plastic with paper wrapped around it for protection. I expected better packaging and more protection while shipping for a fancy and pricy product like this. Not happy with that.

Warning! The holes drilled are too small for the screw head to fit in!
This is a nice looking teak towel bar. It is a few pieces glued and milled to look like one solid piece and they did that well. If you plan on staining and a clear top coat be warned it has a wax coating that must be removed. A very big issue is the holes drilled are too small for the head of the screw to fit in properly. The holes are not set deep enough either for the screw which make them too short for this bar. Also, the hole is too small for the wood pegs which hide the holes after installing. My solution will be to make the holes larger to accommodate the screw head and wood pegs....also make the hole a little deeper so the screws length will work. Another option is buy a longer screw with a smaller head which may be easier for you but you'll have the issue with that hole being too small for the peg that hides the hole. Good luck

Hardware was not included
The quality of the towel bar seems very good. Buyers should note that the overall length the bar takes on the wall is a little over 14", but the space that holds the towel is about 8 1/2" wide.My main complaint is that even though the box says hardware included, there was no hardware or mounting instructions in either box (I bought two of them).

Lovely and unobtrusive
Sleek and functional. Teak color blends perfectly with natural cherry cabinets; we had ordered one and then ordered a second as we liked the design so much. I drilled out the holes in the towel bar to make installation easier, as the teak is quite hard.

A repurposed grab rail
Many peopleComplain about the screws being too large for the holes. It’s not a manufacturing issue. This isn’t a towel bar. It’s a marine grab rail marketed as a towel bar. The screws are appropriate for marine use. Not so much for towel bars. It’s a marketing problem, not design.

Stickers
The towel bar I received had two stickers on it with VERY strong adhesive. One couldn't even be peeled off, the other left adhesive residue. Even the bag it came in was somehow glued to the end of the bar. Plan on lots of sanding to make this presentable. Ironically, one of the stickers is the California cancer warning because apparently sawdust is known to cause cancer in California. Well, you're going to create some when you sand this crap off.

Very dissapointed
Bought twice. Still unhappy. First time came with wrong screws which got stuck inside the screw holes and damaged the timber trying to rip out. Second time right screws but the little teak covers the totally wrong length so dont sit flush with timber at all. Had to fish them out and put tissue behind so they sit at correct depth. The timber on the new one has a crack to top it off. Cant return because international shipping is expensive.
