"Renewed", but brand new, and a Great TV.
The product we received was brand new. I don't think it was "renewed". If it was it was remarkably well "renewed".The TV is great. Great colors, very bright. Samsung makes a very nice TV.I bought the 82 inch model, and it is very heavy. Forget setting it up yourself. I guess it at around 120 lbs or so. There are two different locations that the stands can go in, one around 62 inches apart, and one about 52 inches or so. We bought a new stand that was 58 inches long, and the tv fit on it easily. Make sure your stand is at least 16 inches wide, as the stands are around 15 inches wide. There is a quick set up guide that comes with it. It asks you to set the tv face down on a table, to install the stands. It warns you to make sure the table is larger than the tv, but with the 82 inch model, good luck with that. The way we did it was to lift the tv up vertically right out of the box enough so my wife could insert the stands in the holes they go into. The stands then snap into place, and stay there. We could then set the tv down on the stands. It is a great system Samsung has developed for the stands. No screwing a stand into the tv. Just insert the heavy duty stand into the hole (again, there are two holes on each side, choose the width you want for the stands) and you are done. Brilliant.I also paired the TV with the matching Samsung sound bar, Q60R I believe. The sound on the TV is a little weak for me, only 20 watts. The sound bar is around 360 watts. It is so nice, as the sound bar is perfectly integrated with the tv. When you use the TV remote to adjust the sound, it automatically knows you have the sound bar....anyway, I'm not that tech savy, but it is so easy to setup. I got the "renewed" sound bar also, and it was indeed "renewed". Looks like it was repackaged. Works perfectly and looks brand new. What a great system. Perhaps a little expensive, but so nice. Buy it "renewed and save 1000 bucks or so.

Don't hesitate, purchase one!!
I'm skeptical about purchasing renewed products, but after reading the reviews and seeing a window of opportunity when the price dropped further, I bit the bullet and bought one.It came in it's original packaging and looked brand new! Instead of having it wall mounted, I bought a stand (link below) which works perfectly.Unfortunately, I had to unpack and install on my own. It's definitely not a one man job and I struggled, but managed to get the TV on the stand and the whole thing on my TV unit.Setup is pretty straight forward. I had to create a Samsung account to install the apps, but again, not rocket science. The idea of not having to install my Roku box to access my streaming apps makes life a little easier and one less remote control to use! I have an ethernet cable running from the TV to my internet box, so I haven't tested WiFi. I also connected my sound bar via optical cable, picked it up automatically. I also love the idea of multiple USB ports! With my old TV, having to swap out devices was a pain. Now I don't!My only (small) gripe is the remote control. You have to set it up so it pairs with the TV (found out by reading the instructions). I was also wondering why the volume control wouldn't work. It was driving me nuts. Figured out pressing it is useless! You have to nudge it up and down (not in the instructions!). Once you get used to it, you're good (thank you YT!).I saw various (YT) videos regarding setting up the picture quality and tried a couple, but I was never happy. In the end, I simply went with the Intelligent Mode and that seems to work for me. Of course, to each their own.I would highly recommend this product. I'm now wondering whether I should have gone with the 82" ;)https://smile.amazon.com/Rfiver-Universal-Adjustable-Management-UT5001/dp/B07M6114YM

Amazing Value for the Quality
Ordered on May 24, 2020. Received 5 days late due to misposting of Delivery Company, UPS. Had to reach out to WOOT (who fulfilled the order) to find that out what happened, where they informed me of the correct Company, ABG Freight. I then had to call ABG Freight to "schedule" the delivery. So please be aware if you order this TV through WOOT. Now due to this issue, WOOT credited me $40. So while not ideal and upsetting, WOOT made it right. I have dealt with WOOT before and always had positive interactions, so I'm glad that WOOT responded appropriately to my concerns. With that said, the value for this Quantum QLED Q60 Series Samsung TV is fantastic. I've included a gaming pic for reference. I had the TV professionally wall mounted with the Mounting Dream Full Motion TV Mount, also purchased off of Amazon, with a passthrough in the wall hiding the cords. The learning curve with my Amazon Fire TV Cube and Surround System to get everything hooked up was a bit difficult, but in the end manageable.Your darks and whites will definitely not be as vibrant as a Q70, 80, or 90 of course, however the picture is still amazing for my very first 75" inch QLED TV, that didn't cost $2,000 to $4,000. Given this, I highly recommend this TV while they are still around.

Renewed TV is worth the price. 120hz refresh rate is key
I absolutely love this TV. I replaced my 2016 - 60” UHD 4K with this 65” QLED. Both TVs are Samsung, this one being a 2019 “renewed” and the 60” is a 2016. Being renewed, I saved $300 and I cannot tell any difference between the renewed and store bought. It even came beautifully boxed in a new box. The biggest difference between this TV is not the colors as it claims, but the refresh rate. This tv is 120hz and the 2016 model is 60hz, which has a noticeable blur. This 2019 model is flawless and for $300 cheaper than brand new, well worth it. One thing to note is the back of this is slightly curved, so I needed to buy longer screws for the bottom two holes for my wall mount. Strange that my mount didn’t have longer ones, but HD had them. I think they are M8 about 1.25” long.Delivery was much earlier than they quoted and it arrived on my front step within a couple of days. I think it’s strange that Amazon will do a key delivery in my garage of a $30 flag, but they leave a $900 TV in a very obvious TV box on my front steps.

Calidad del equipo es impecable
Top! El único problema es que no viene nada más que el equipo y el control, no hay guía de usuario ni cable.Y por alguna razón viene con plataformas de USA y no se puede cambiar idioma
